Paypal did not give me a refund. What am I supposed to email Bimong? Paypal never sent me an email explaining that the refund didn’t go through. I had to look it up on my account. Do I request that they give me one? I saw on Bimong’s website that he wanted a letter from paypal to confirm this. Edit: Never mind. I just read the blog and it helpped
In response to police reports and the comment of "do not tell them its dolls:" My husband, sister, brother inlaw, sister, AND uncle are ALL police officers so I know what Im talking about here.... 1.) Police reports are very simple for starters... 2.) Do not with hold that it is a DOLL! Then YOU are witholding information and will only make yourself appear suspicious. Bring any receipts you have with dates, and correspondence with Dollfair about the transactions. That will help tremendously. It does not matter what item you are filing about. It is the monetary value of it. There is nothing to be afraid of. In fact...it is best to physically GO to the police department, and ask to speak with an officer who can file a complaint for you. Also....be polite...those men are out there busting their behinds on a daily basis and I KNOW for fact what they see. Trust me, that they are things you do not want to have to think of, so take it easy on them. They are only doing their jobs.

It makes me so angry that Catrina has thus far gotten away with this shit. I'd love nothing more than to wring the refund out of her, send it to Bimong, and bring her crashing down in the process.
Wow, congrats guys! It's really great to hear people are getting resolutions to their orders. I know what you mean Haru-jen, it's frustrating to think Catrina is getting away with leaving everyone out in the cold and taking no responsibility for her orders.
Congratulations on recieving your orders.What a wonderful new.I think this can proof Bimong is reliable and responsible.He IS trying to resolve problems made by dollfair.I really hope dollfair/Catrina no longer keep silent and refund everyone.It is very frustrating that she walk away with so many people's hard earn money.
It's so unfair on Bimong, who is having to do this out of his own money whilst Catrina is apparently getting away with it and continuing her other businesses as if nothing had happened. I will definitely be ordering from Bimong in the future and I hope his reputation continues to grow.
