Erin, I never said I was in touch with Catrina. I said I am receiving orders without incident. When someone buys a doll they have the option for me to do the faceup. I am not involved in the day to day business activity of Dollfair.
When that attourney business was brought up in the Limhwa mailing list I thought someone asked Bimong about it and he said it wasn't true? (Not putting anything on you or what Dollfair might have told, I just remember this mentioned before)

@International Velvet: He keeps a list of the outstanding orders on his website, based on who contacted him with their details when he asked for them. I logged into his site and peeked at the list and next to my name was my tracking #! She was here only 2 days later. :'3 I will be printing things off shortly for my forthcoming police report.
You can track your Korean EMS packages here or use http://www.usps.com/ Although I think the Korean post is more accurate & up-to-date. For the Korean site if you get a pop-up (it pops-up twice for me) just click the cancel button and it should take you to where you need to go. If you can't track your package with your listed tracking number give it some time, it may need more time to get processed. This is where you can find out if your doll head/doll has been sent.
I finally got assigned to a investigative officer and have a case#. He was really friendly and supportive when I talked to him on the phone.

Hey just wanted to throw this out there because a few people have asked this! Bimong is not charging people for shipping their dolls. But if you would like to help pay for shipping you can. So here is the information for those of you who wanted to: If you ordered a Neferti head the shipping from Korea to... everywhere else is running about $25+ His paypal address is: [email protected] Once again you're not obligated to contribute at all! He is working on making and sending out all the dolls as planned and whether you decide to help with shipping or not is completely up to you and will not affect your order, I'm just posting this here because a few people asked. i think im waiting the new bimong SD body (male or female, still have to decide), at this time. he gained my trust so i'll buy the body from him.
I wrote more than one month ago to ask Dollfair news about my order and I received no answer. I wonder, right now, if I have lost my money with no chance to receive neither the head or a refound... I am so deeply disappointed by this whole situation.
