  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Has anyone heard from her, in any way shape or form? I'm also concerned regarding the radio silence since 1st of November. I truly feel for her and her situation, but not having any contact simply exacerbates the situation. Still waiting on email replies; I've sent to both the email listed in her sig, and the one listed above, @mac. I also attempted contact about a month ago, when I was still planning on keeping the Neferti head, but no replies to that either.

      And I'm going to try again to put my info on the wiki page... *iz embarrassed at inability to figure it out* :sweat

    2. Gosh!! This is the first I have heard of this ... YIKES!!
      I have a Neferti head and matching body on order and have not heard a peep out of anyone since I placed the orders!!

      here's my info ..

      Neferti head ... tanned french resin ... order # 3584 .. $185 payed with paypal funds
      Body .. small bust .. tanned french resin .. order # 3591 .. $475 payed with paypal funds

      I can't figure out the wiki thing to add my details??? Am I missing something!!?

      I have emailed Catrina with no response so will watch here to see what's happening.

    3. I haven't heard from her at all. No responses or reads of my PMs. Additionally, I sent a parcel to her which USPS attempted to deliver on November 3rd and 9th, but both were failed deliveries. This is really disconcerting. O_O

      As for the Wiki page, you see the "edit" button to the right of "refund for the head arrived, stil waiting for the selution for the doll'"? Click on that "edit" button, then you can fill your information in. Then tick the "this is a minor edit" box. Then you click the "save page" button. :)

My situation is hopeless... with my paypal account blocked until I can go to Spain to solve osme issues, there is no way for me to know what my order number was; so I cannot either cancel itneither recieve it, because they do not seem to be shipping out. I am totally in Catrina's hands, and she's not replying anymore. This is increibly unproffessional -_-

      Update here...

      I'm so sorry for the lack of communication, I've had the flu and have been sick as a dog. The past two months have been so stressful and I really went down hard with it. I've been trying to train people to help me with the emails but as you can imagine, due to the unusual circumstances, it's very very confusing for anyone to answer.. very frustrating all the way around.

      OK-- update is we are shipping Neferti heads this week. I am hoping all will be shipped by Sunday. I will contact each of you with a tracking number from USPS and also via my private email.

      Masala Chai Tea, your defective head you sent me from Bimong arrived and I will work to get him to replace it with a good one. And I will also send you what I promised you in a PM in exchange.

      REFUNDS: previous refund requests have been taken care of. we have all the order sheets sent to Bimong since January and have been checking off those orders and sending back exact funds via Paypal or I have been refunding via Visa/ Mastercard. Your refunds should show up as Datatex Media.

      Nobody is going to get abandoned by me. I have diligently refunded an incredible amount of orders which I fully paid to have produced in Korea. It has been an enormous enormously stressful thing for me to manage but we are getting there. Again I'm sorry for the lapse in communication but I'm feeling better and back now. Nobody will be left out and.. and please check your credit card statements because I have a feeling you might have already gotten a refund if you were due one. Aside from a couple Russian orders I'm not sure what is left to refund... many people have not updated their wiki page entry with the refunds they have received, so please do if you remember. Appreciate it.

    10. Thanks for the update Catrina. Sorry to hear you've been feeling down in the dregs!

      My refund is confirmed and I've updated my Wiki. I didn't get a reply to my e-mails and the purchase card wasn't mine (doll was a gift) so I didn't think to check it, I just assumed no reply meant it hadn't been refunded. But it actually went through a week ago, so thanks for that.

    13. I got an email reply yesterday. Catrina said that the Neferti heads were being boxed up for shipping right now. Here's hoping. :) If that's really the case, I might ditch the refund and keep the head.

    17. I have actually had some great communications with Catrina over the past couple of days. :) It sounds like she's having a terrible time with all this. I genuinely hope things get resolved for her sake and ours! It does look like heads will start shipping early next week, *fingers crossed*

      And yes, I decided to go with keeping the head instead of getting a refund. If things can and do work out, I'd rather have the lovely head at the end of all this.
