I hope I will receive my Neferti head soon. I didn't opened a refound claim, I just wish to have my head (even if I no longer own the body for it -.- ). ( This is a ridicolous wait for a single head, even a limited one =_= )
Did any of you received notices of packages sent? Catrina promised to send all the ready heads on Sunday. It's already Tuesday and there's nothing...
Well, it's been 10 days since Catrina made her post here.... I wonder if she's fallen seriously ill. I hope she's ok... it's just so strange to practically guarantee shipping for this past Sunday and we all have heard nothing. This is truly concerning.
she promised to ship the heads at the end of october. we're almost at the end of november. i want a refund.
I'm getting a bit tired, too. I was also told they'd have shipped by Sunday, or Tuesday at the latest. It's beginning to sound as though those shipping dates were just... misleading. I have a patient streak ten miles long, but after nearly six months and more than a few disappointing untrue shipping time estimates, I'm starting to feel saddened by this. I just hope we have some hard proof soon--tracking numbers, results--because I can't really imagine what else to do this late in the game.
I hope she's okay too. It is odd to inform that shipping would be occurring and then not hear anything from her. I will keep waiting patiently and cross my fingers.
I hope everything works out... I bought a Limhwa from Catrina when I was deployed over seas. I finally wanted to look into a Narae and now it might be too late for me!
I strongly agree with you. I've e-mailed to all her e-mails and have also personally called her company 2 times at different dates (nobody ever answered but I did leave them all my info in the voice-mail) and I still don't know the status to my refund. Didn't Catrina say that calling her would be the quickest way to get an answer? I think many of us have been patience and empathic enough to Catrina and her situation but it is a business we are dealing with here and that doesn't excuse the lapse of non-communication and updates. I'm also waiting on my refund of $550, orderd on August 20th, 2010, order#03644. Can anybody help me with the wiki page, newbie here. Thanks!

I am very confused by this too. I thought I was buying a limited. Did I miss something somewhere along the way? I mean, I know some pretty awful stuff has gone on with him that is so completely not Catrina's fault, but how is he even able and allowed to sell these? Do we or Catrina have any recourse in this? This doesn't seem legal to me. And does he even have the molds to be able to make them? If he does, what's the dealie with Catrina having them? Is there something bad happening that we should know about? My brain is piecing together an ugly potential scenario, I hope it's wrong. I had hoped the Tuesday shipping date would be correct. I'm still hoping for a quick resolution. And praying, for her as well. Oh, and I heard that supposedly some of them have shipped? Has anyone gotten theirs? And also some needed magnets... maybe she could ship the heads without them and then send them later? I'd be very happy with this. I also hope Catrina is OK. I think the stress of this has really taken its toll.
Well, you can make more then one mold of the same sculpt you know. Bimong probably decided now he's independant from catrina to sell the head as basic, i doubt it's 'illegeal' for him to chnage his mind on that, and theirs nothing we can really do about it. Certainly what bimong decides to do on his own is not catrina's fault. If you want to complain about Neferti not being limited, you should leave a message on bimongs board. I am getting a bit impatient now. Apparently someone in the bimong waiting room has got a tracking number from the neferti she orderd from him. So she'll be getting her head Neferti before us who made the orginal orders months ago! I was happy to wait, but now it's been SO long, and especially since it's now not a limited, I'd kind of rather have my money back so I can transfer it to a head I wnat that is, with the possibility of getting Neferti from Bimong sometime later. If I have to wait much longer i'm asking for a refund. I do feel sorry for Catrina, and I hope there is nothing seriously wrong, but if it's just bad flu she could (and should) be here awnsering our emails and phone calls, not to mention getting our heads out that she promised.
I received an e-mail from Catrina yesterday and she said there was a hold up with the magnets for the heads and at the time she e-mailed me back, she just got the new magnets in and hopes to have them sealed in this weekend. I e-mailed her back about just sending me the head because I have all types of magnets here I could use. I have not received a reply. Then after looking at the previous posts here, I logged onto Bimong's site and see that he has Neferti for sale.... is he producing them himself?? I thought Catrina had the master mold. Maybe they both have molds. I don't know. I'm getting very confused.
