      I never got any emails, but I could check my order status through the site and that was updated with the tracking number once my order shipped.

      A bit confusing at first, but once I figured out where to click it took me straight to PayPay...though I was worried for a short while as the PayPal email listed on their site is not the one that the payment was automatically sent to.

      Yes, very much.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      The khaki-brown wig actually has blue/green strands running through it, making it look greenish in person...but khaki-brown when photographed. XD I wasn't expecting it, but I find I actually like the colour on him. Also, I wasn't sure if the shoes I ordered were really going to be SD13 boy size like they said since they were a very girlish style...and they actually are.

      Even with the unexpected (...including a small air bubble in the Drayton's nose that I had to sand away. >< He's fine now, and I'm rather glad I ended up with this head rather than someone who couldn't fix such a thing) I am definitely happy with everything.

      Extremely! The wigs are very smooth and thick, you don't see the caps at all. The socks and headband were cheap and cute.

      Confirmation e-mail came immediately, took a few days to have a separate question answered, but it was plenty fast enough.

      Very easy, Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Since it was for a doll not yet made, it did not ship until Nov 21, and arrived Nov.24. A little earlier than the projected date of early December.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes!! Really good quality on both the doll and the wig. Also some nice gifts, including a totally unexpected extra wig of equally high quality, and excellent, sturdy, packing and packaging.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes!
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very satisfied! Doll stands and poses well, resin is nicely matte and heavy. Wigs are silky, high quality fiber, well sewn, fit great. Default acrylic eyes are Glib, not some no-name brand.

      I don't see what this has to do with the company or their products? I generally don't buy second-hand because I have issues with fragrances and smoke, but the items are of high quality, as I said earlier, and provided they aren't abused, should remain a good value.
      Other:
      The website is not terribly Mac-friendly, it's designed for IE users and while you can set up an account in other browsers, there are problems logging back in. If you use Safari, you have to hover your cursor over the end of your password and hit "enter" on your keyboard to log-in. There's no way to log into your account with Firefox. It's a minor inconvenience, but I think it's worth mentioning.

      There was communication. It was understandable English. Tone of it seemed rude to me but I'll chalk that up to translation issues.

      Paypal option makes it easy. However, upon checkout, the total did not include the free shipping in which I had to email nDoll about. They did update the shipping invoice even though they sent the invoice to the unrequested email.


      * How long did it take to ship?
      I got the package today at noon 1/21/2010

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I'd have to say so, everything that came in looks great. The faceup that was ordered on the Yuria head is gorgeous.

      Very much so.

      The only thing I was unsatisfied with was the shipping incident which they solved very quickly.

      Before today, I would have said no. The free shipping thing was understandable. However, after I emailed them about updating the order to include the free shipping, they docked all the earned points away from my account for the reasoning of editing the order. I was kind of peeved about it only because it was for free shipping. And hey, it's just points. But, later they did reimburse the points without me saying anything. Also, the status on nDoll.com of my order stated 'Delivery Completed' although I did not have the package. I assumed this was just their automated response for 'Shipped.' There was a tracking number listed on the website. That number wasn't working for a few days. After those few days I emailed nDoll again asking about it. A few days after that, the number started working [read 'Origin is preparing for shipment] and on that same day I got a response that the package was shipped. All in all, these are I'd say understandable 'problems' I was just really nervous since it was such a high amount and it wasn't just my things involved. But today, I got the package and am very pleased. The packing was done really well, and the little boxes that they put the heads in are adorable. I received the package today, the 21st, when it was technically shipped from nDoll on the 18th. Very quick ^^ If I have to go through the above every time I order something through nDoll...I still find it worth it and will be less stressed anyway XD

      * How easy was it to pay? Fairly easy. Sadly, nDoll won't let me log in with Firefox and I have to switch to IE just to place an order. Payment was Paypal.

      I was somewhat disappointed. I am used to very soft heat-resistant wigs and this wig is almost a little stiff and the styling on the bangs was awful (which was the whole reason I adored the wig in the first place). After a bit of styling and trimming the bangs however they don't look as matted or flat anymore. Overall it's not a terrible wig, it just takes a bit of work to get looking nice.

      Somewhat. Not as 'gentle' looking in real life.
