  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. I can see that no one has posted here in a while, but I thought I would ask anyway...I ordered a new outfit, a wig, and a pair of shoes for my iMda Natassa from Soom almost two months ago and haven't received them. I can't see the reply on the Q & A question I posted. I clicked every option {ID, ID + content, etc} does anyone have any ideas about what I might be doing wrong? Doesn't this seem like a long time to wait? Thanks!

      Have you ever heard back from Neo Angel Region? It is unusual that they have not replied. It took about a week for me to hear back about restringing Natassa. I also think they may have had a holiday.

      I also notice that there haven't been many posts here lately so I decided to add my Natassa. Here is a closeup. Her faceup and restyle was done by Valerie Zeitler.

    8. Does anyone here have Agatha? I missed Natassa but just bought Agatha... and little Gian (who will become a Gianna), is also on the way. Love the photos of everyone's dolls! I purposely avoided this thread for the longest time, and knew I'd miss Natassa, but I have at least found Agatha is still available.

      I'd love to see more photos while I wait for my girl! *hint hint* lol

    14. bonmwe...I am just now reading this thread. I ordered natassa and some other things. As I was concerned about the 'when' of my order, I emailed them w/my order number. A lovely person named Victoria wrote immediately, giving me information on anything I asked. Upon receiving the doll I wrote to let them know the order came quickly was packed well, all that jazz. Victoria wrote to say that if she could be of help at any time, to contact her. So, I am assuming that if you wanted to add anything to an existing order, emailing her would be the way to go. I have nothing but positive things to say about Soom's and Leekeworld's customer service.

      *** QUESTION: does anyone know how dark the soom normal resin is? is it lighter than volks? (hopeing it is)

    17. Tree Lore Yes you are right just page back through this thread. . I think there is a really good post by Michele that shows Natassa body compared to other more familiar bodies.
      also, the "naked" body pictures are posted on Neo Angel Region website with the Natassa #1.

      One more thing Tree Lore. I love the white resin of Soom. I don't have the normal resin to compare to but I do have White resin Volks and it is a little different. I love both. It is hard to explain but
      Natassa is a little more pasty looking. Volks white resin is more like an old marble statue. I love them both but they are different.
