size-wise I'm finding her really in-between. Some Annabella/Nyssa things will fit, DT elf things fit great, and some smaller SD (eg, CH Ai, Lasher Alice) things works also.

 

MHdolls: That is great news. I am sure the "dusty blue spice outfit" you made for one of my other dolls will look perfect on Natassa.

I just have to find out where she is and why she is taking so long. Based on everyone's orders, I thought I might have her this week. I ordered the first day 4/2 but then added some additional things and finally paid it off around 4/17 so she should be here soon.

 

Hoping someone here can help me!! I fell in love with Natassa from this discussion photos. But I had a problem with the ordering process, and mistakenly ordered 3 dolls. It was for layaway (thank goodness) but 3 payments have been taken out of my paypal account!! I tried to sign up with Soom so I could let them know, but they say I can't use aol.com!! Why? That is my email address. Don't know what else to use? I tried to email them using the addy given by paypal, but mail was returned. I just don't know where to go from here! HELP!!! Any suggestions how I can contact them?? TIA Shirley in NC

 

Can you just create a new gmail address?

 

bonmwe: your outfit should fit her just fine. I would have thought you would have her by now. I ordered on 5/18 (no faceu, no extras) and got her in ~3 weeks. Maybe it 's the faceup or other items holding her up?

bjbnut: I've heard that AOL blocks some asian addresses so the companies don't allow them. Try a free gmail, yahoo, or hotmail account to contact them.
And definitely call paypal and see if they can cancel the extra payments from their end.

 

bjbnut Oh, sorry about that! I would definitely call paypal to let them know about this mistake. I'm certain it will work out fine. Soom has to be aware that there is a potential mistake here. Good luck!

To shannonc60--I can't post without being registered and it won't let me register with "aol.com"

To Spring and mhdolls--I took your advise and contacted paypal. They say the company has to make the refund. But they sent an email to Soom and gave me a different email addy for them and I contacted them again too. Remembered it is saturday there, so might not hear from them until monday. Paypal thinks it will work. and they will give refund. Hope so.

To mojomaca and mhdolls--Thanks for advise about new email addy. I am looking into it!

 

bjnut: I had to create a gmail account. AOL blocks almost all asian mail. I use gmail for most international mails, AOL does not send yours and blocks theirs.

 

I finally got brave enough to try Natassa in a different outfit.
This is SD sized. The corset -- which closes in the back -- fits without overlapping.

 

mojomaca, ooh la la. I Love it. Natassa looks well suited for this look. NOw I am truly in love with her.

 

Good advice Grael. I did that and was able to sign up. Of course now Soom does not recognize me as the person who ordered!!! "Sigh" Hope I can get it straightened out. Still haven't heard from them, but it is the weekend.

I want to thank all for their helpful advice here. I have now heard from Soom and they applied all 3 payments to one doll, so she is now paid in full. I will just leave it that way. They also told me to re-order her under my gmail account, and they would switch the payment to it. I have re-ordered, and am waiting for them to make the switch. So glad I got it straightened out!! Thanks again!

Wow!! Not only is everthing straightened out, but she HAS SHIPPED!!!!! Is that fast or what? One week! Quickest doll delivery I've ever gotten in the BJ world! Can't wait to get her face-uped and dressed!! Then lI'll post pics!

bjbnut--Wow is right! I ordered mine on May 21 and my order status is still "before shipping". I ordered her with a faceup and a few outfits/shoes--that must be holding things up.

I just asked, very politely of course, on Soom's Q & A board when my Natassa might ship. I won't be home next week so she is bound to come then. OH, the wonderful anticipation.
