Ok since I'm not going to go back and read all 15 pages... Tan El isn't listed as limited. All of the others, Elf El, Elf Lishe and Shiwoo, Woosoo, Breakaway...they ALL say Limited next to their names. You don't even have to click on them to know that. Tan El doesn't have that. There's no mention of limited numbers in his listup either. So call me crazy, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's NOT limited, but perhaps they're only making so many per month or some such thing.
I think the only reason why there are a few of us questioning wether or not tan EL is limited...is that there are/were some discrepencies early on. Someone mentioned that Sean said Tan EL was definitely limited. I think, though...that the manner in which he is limited was misinterpretted. ......well that was kinda redundant sound....being as that was already said...hehe I guess i just floofed it up, is all. lol bleh..sorry
I was under the impression that there would only be 2 a month so I was acting like a crazy woman last night trying to be one of those lucky 2 and my heart was pounding, I was a nervous wreck and that obviously wasn't the case. But I still love him and it was a rush getting him in that crazy state of mind.
Then again, limited or not, I am sure there are too many ppl who would love to get him as a tanned version, whether it be they just love tanned dolls or they just love El too much. Congrats to those who got their dream doll in the form of a Tanned El XD Well, if purchase is just for the sake that the Tanned El is Limited, then I guess others would have deserve him much more. If it is for resale purpose, I guess to each his and her own then. Others who would love to have him much more would be made to fork out a higher price. And that is really a great pity.

I just looked at ELuts.com, mostly to see if it was up again, before checking here and noticed it was up, and Tanned El was available again. Now I'm curious though, seeing posts with the countdown; where are you all able to see the number in stock? Saw the answer precisely one page back. *waves the flag of st00pid* Thanks for that though, I never would have been brave enough to enter something like that in the order form - what if I hit return or enter and it makes an order! Aieee! Glad to know that's safe and now to see how many they've put in stock! Thanks to those who put the answer up earlier!
I feel exactly the same way. I'd really like to wait till I get a job lined up (And until I pay off my first doll), but I really want Tan El. Do you think we can cancel and still order him later? FWD
Ok, I just found this on the Q&A section to someone's question about tanning Els being limited or not. This was the answer: "Tanning DELFs are not Limited Items." Now I'm confused. I coulda sworn someone said they were limited... Geh
My understanding is that he's not offically limited in the sense that there's only XX number made, but he still will not be as freely available as the normal and white-skinned versions due to the difficulty of the resin tanning process. So while he will always be technically available, lower production numbers will mean he'll probably be out of stock a lot! *lol*
On seeing how many are available, a simple way is just click up on the Order Quantity. Sales Price : $580.00 Manufacture : Luts Bonus Store Credit : $5.80 Order Quantity The box should say 1, an up arrow, a down arrow, and an 'EA'. Just click the up arrow and it'll go to two, then three, then so on for as many as there are. Right now if you click up on Tanning El it goes to 5 before stopping. Therefor there are 5 available. Go to Miyu and you can go up to 9 right this moment. And etc for all the in-stock ones. No having to enter anything in ^^ I think this doesn't work for limiteds when it's limited to one per customer though.
No, you can still enter multiple quantity in. It's just technically you're not supposed to order more than one. ^^ Entering "99" or such for quantity is just easier when there's a lot of dolls in stock--there were 40 Breakaway Els available for sale--that is a lot of clicking
As of this moment, there are 6 Tanned Els still on eluts! If you missed out and want one, GO NOW!! I am trying to talk myself out of one!
Oddly the number doesn't seem to be decreasing? O_o; I put one in my cart for the heck of it, and there are still supposedly 6 left... (Not that I want him, I have an El I'm perfectly happy with already. XP)
