Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I am totally besotted by Estella, have been for a long time. I read this entire topic, all the posts. Now I have the opportunity to get my Agnes a sister, and I think she would be the perfect one. But I can't post in the forum. I am registered, my username appears at the top of the page, but if I click on a topic, all I get is an error message:

      I have no idea on what it means. Altavista won't translate it, I also get an error message. :( I spent the whole day browsing the site. Anyone would have a clue on what am I doing wrong? What I want is to know is:
      - where is the correct topic in which to place an order
      - what kind of information should I give
      - will I be contacted through email or PM?
      - where to check for PMs (I clicked on my username link and got a pop up box that looked like an inbox - is it there?

      Sorry for being so dumb. But I'd really like to get a sister for my Agnes, and she is the doll I was looking for. :)

      Some topics are locked, which is why you get the error message. The text translates as "There is not an authority which will read the secret writing", when I use http://www.worldlingo.com/en/products_services/worldlingo_translator.html These topics are often password protected by the people who posted them, because they contain personal details like address and phone number.

      I was using Altavista as a translator and got an error message. Will definitely try this one you mentioned.

      The thing is, there are some personal information on that form, as full name, phone number (though I'd doubt I would get a phone call), address, etc., that I wouldn't want to share with everybody. How do I lock my posts there? I still think it would be easier for everybody to do business via email, but anyway. I will come back there now and try to do as you said. Thank you! :)

      P.S.: Did you pay for your doll via Paypal?

    14. Paypal and Swift (bank) transfer are the payment options afaik. The dollmaker states specifically on the "how to order" page that he does not accept email orders, as I think there are a lot of emails that bounce, plus he doesn't check it very often.

      Whether or not you want others to see your order and details or not is up to you. He probably won't call you, but EMS forms require a contact number for the receipient, that's why he asks for the phone number.

    15. I did not order the eyes because they didn't have the colour I wanted (light blue), so my question is, which size can I buy to achieve the same effect as 18/9mm eyes? Like the second one: http://dollstown.com/zboard/data/pds2/estella206.JPG I didn't understand this "18/X" thing.

      She was shipped on Monday, so she must be here till next tuesday- yay!

    16. 18/9 means the iris diameter is 9mm, while 18/x or 18/10 means the iris diameter is 10mm. Grace at Ethereal Angels (http://etherealangels.net/eyes/#) does group/pre orders for Mystic Eyes where you can get the full range of colours. You can also ask Jong-Hak at Dollstown to send you the color/size you want when he has it in stock.

      For my Estella, I used an eye-bevelling tool of 16mm and made her eyewells smaller so she could wear 16mm eyes which I think looks better. 16mm eyes also have 9mm irises.

    17. I have some 16mm eyes here, so that means they won't fit Estella? And by the way, do you have any site where I could see pictures of your girl? Sorry for being so nosy, but I love seeing Estellas (they're so gorgeous) and I'm curious to see her eyes! :)

    18. I haven't got my Estella in the database, and sorry I don't have a website. She is on her way to Armeleia to get modded at the moment. I might post some pics of her when she gets back. I think I also have posted some in the past; not sure if they are still popping up in search (couldn't find any) so I will have to post something later when she comes back.

      You may be able to use 16 mm eyes, but I think you will get a little gap in the inner and outer corners, I think I remember that's why I used the bevel tool.
