New SD sized Domadoll girls Assi, Nanan, Goni & Geul!

that is sad. She works very hard on her dolls.

The market is SO flooded with dolls we have dolls falling like rain every week a new doll. Its almost sad like we have low attention spans.

 

Lelei - I don't think many BJD companies mass produce their dolls. Most of them are small operations. I know Musedoll is, for comparison.

She's $550, but it's $53 for a face-up, so ~$603? Much better than what I was expecting!

Doesn't say if she comes with eyes/wig though... anyone know?

 

There's a change in the Order page! Have you noticed that Assi is listed as a separate item, but without a picture and price? Could it mean there will be a second doll and that Nanan is the first SD-size Domadoll?

 

toveb - I've been asking Domado quite a few questions about this doll and was told that Assi & Nanan are different dolls so this may be very possible. I was also told that the wig & eyes are included.

 

Really? Assi and Nanan are different molds? I'd love to see the heads one next to the other... Anyway they are both stunningly beautiful, what a fantastic work!
But are they both available as basics?

 

Aww, man, the girl on Y!J (http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d73278414) didn't even break 50,000 yen!

Can't believe I forgot to go back and bid on her... Even after all the fees and shipping she would've cost less than a standard!! I was thinking she was going to go for just as much as the one on ebay...

Has anyone ordered her? Or heard about shipping times? I really love her, but I'm moving in a month and don't want to risk ordering a standard and having her not come in time... so figure I might as well wait on owner pics~

 

There is another on eBay. I cannot tell which sculpt this is. I do not think she is as beautiful as the Assi ans Nanan we have seen before. Her name is Goni and the minimum bid is less than the site price.

I could not follow the short story about Goni. Maybe someone here has more patience than I.

I'm going to cry~~ D: I was planning on bidding $700 at the last minute, but then four minutes before the end, ebay kept refusing to load the page for placing a bid even though my connection was fine... I can't believe she went for less than retail!

I loved her outfit... Clearly me + Domadoll's SD girls = cursed.

 

... really, she should've stuck with Nanan. I don't think I've ever heard of company changing a doll's name before (although I guess she's an artist, not a company)...

Thanks Raven~ , I spent some time comforting myself with thoughts of, "It was not meant to be!!" Especially if I'm buying two Unoa girls in the pre-order this month...

I really would like to get her some day, but I agree--I'd like to see a head without a face-up, as well as owner impressions. If something doesn't deter me, I'm still planning on ordering one next month once I've moved and can be sure she'll get to me safely...

 

I just received my Goni "witch version." I changed her hair and eyes, but I am really impressed with her. I will try to post pics soon.

Lishe -- I'm anxious to see pics of your new girl. I have been lusting over Domadoll's new large girl since she was released, but have been waiting to see some owner pictures. I have one of her small girls (Jado) and love her to bits.

 

Goni Star is so so beautiful... *sigh*, I'm broke, damn Unoa preorders! XD

 

Do you think the faceup is included? It's not explicitly mentioned, so I like to be careful!
