Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Cassiel, thanks for the information! I guess I will see :D I just "pre-ordered" one - it is still listed as such on the website.

      For those that have the book, are the pictures better than the SD bible? I actually liked the SD bible, but my mother was disappointed (she only nicked mine :D )

    2. So how do the coupons work? You send in the coupon first and you aren't expected to pay upfront right? I really want liz but probably won't be able to afford her until late August/early September so I'm trying to figure out when they'd want payment if I should win in the lottery.

    3. It will be available for sale at the NYC tea party as well. So those going can pick it up there. That way you save on shipping. Though you will probably be hit with New York's nasty sales tax, but I think that's still cheaper then that shipping.

    4. Well, they're accepting the coupons to be sent in until August 31st. So they're not even going to be drawing the lottery until September 1st at the very earliest, and they're generally not that quick. I think they'll take at least 2-3 weeks to even draw the lottery, and then probably there'd be time to pay after that. They're not going to ask anyone to pay anything until the lottery is drawn! And that puts it at mid to late September at the earliest, so I think you'll be okay. :) (Note: I really am guessing here, but I'm basing it on past experience, so... hopefully I'm right! :) )

    5. HF, the form says explicitly "These items are only available for the customers of the Photographs 'Another Yourself'." The coupon also says "This coupon is only valid for the customers who purchased the Photographs 'Another Yourself' from VOLKS web site."
