Super easy, there were no troubles and was very clear on what to do!

It shipped out on the 31st and arrived today, on the 8th. So... Eight days. I used basic shipping, instead of EMS.

Oh yes, very much so! I wish I could find such nice clothing for that price!

Exactly like they did, though I haven't opened them yet, as my doll isn't here and I want them to be cat-hair free for him when he arrives. So, through the cellophane they look like their pictures, not sure what they look like on!

Yes the clothes are very nice and good quality. I don't have my boy yet so I don't know how well they'll fit him but Galahad is enjoying wearing them for now (They also included a scarf as a gift)

Also I would like to add that I was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with their customer service.

I bought the clothes for my Crobidoll boy and I have read around the forum that Crobi dolls are hard to find clothes for, so I emailed Nine9 Style to ask for the size of the clothes.

They got back to me after 4 days wanting to know which doll the clothes were intended for so they can tell me which size to get. I was impatient and just before I received the email from them I placed the order in SD13 size. I replied and told them that I had already placed the order but also told them which doll the clothes were for and asked if they would fit.

They told me I should get SD17 and I asked them if they could change the clothes to SD17 if they hadn't sent the order yet. I received a reply saying that the clothes were already sent and they included the tracking number.

The next day I tried the tracking number but it wouldn't find anything so I emailed them asking if it was correct. I got a reply saying that because I asked them to swap to SD17 they recalled the package and that they will send me the clothes in SD17 size.

That really surprised me as I wasn't expecting anything like that, their customer service I think went above and beyond!

Great! I got updates via email.

Very easy. The site utilizes Paypal's checkout process.

Shipped the same day the order was placed and arrived at my home on July 30th.

Very much so! The coat is well made and has real pockets, and the V-neck shirt is very soft. Everyone else's items looked good through the packaging.

Yes. The hoodie is a bit larger than I expected, but it's better than being too small.
