Additional notes: i ordered during the time the company was at various doll shows and so they had a 10% off sale, which was nice. the date i ordered was the last day they had this sale.

* How was the communication? No direct communication, but the shipping notice was very fast, and good tracking.

* How long did it take to ship? They shipped out next day, and it arrived today, December 1st, 2012. Only 3 days total!

quality is very nicely detailed, but I still can't get over the fact that I can buy similar clothing that is human-sized for the same price
clothes are cheaper than elsewhere, probably b/c that is their specialty, and they are quite popular (lots of business)

Yes, as long as the previous owner had taken relatively good care of the item and was honest about any defects


ADDITIONAL POSITIVE POINT: I don't have my dolls yet so ordering clothes can be a bit daunting when you don't know what fits (when you're ordering from multiple companies). One of the things that I find attractive about Nine9Style is that they seem to understand this and will take [valid] returns for up to a year.

Okay. Takes them a while to get back with you though 2-4 days. Other than that Good.

1 week and six days. I ordered February 26. Arrived today (3/11/2013) so not that long. I didn't use EMS shipping.

YES! very good quality. well worth the wait. ^_^

I feel like the profile pic doesn't do it justice, but yes. Better even. ^^

In February (sorry for lack of exact dates - I was more excited waiting for my doll to come from another company during this time!)

* How was the communication?
I didn't have any specific requests/questions so there was no communication. This is fine. I think I got the order confirmation but no shipping notice, however I was able to check on their website for shipping status myself.

* How easy was it to pay?
It was simple, I used paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
Not long at all, everything got here a couple days before my doll did - I had plenty of time to admire all the little stuff!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The quality is great - I spent more probably than I would for clothes for myself but I understand that prices are high for dolls clothes and I only bought a minimum. I would have bought some dresses if they had been less expensive, but the quality of what I received was good.

The one thing that bothered me (temporarily) was that one of the ribbon clip ons for the shoes fell apart when I was trying to clip it on. After some attempts I was able to put it together again and it has not bothered me since. But I was not expecting it to fall in pieces. (Also the clips hurt if you clip them on your finger by accident!)

Yes, I feel like everything was true to the photos I saw on the website.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I am satisfied with the shoes/shirt/underwear...however the cap and elastic do not fit my size doll. I didn't realize that she has a tiny head so I should have chosen a yosd size headcap instead of msd even though she is an msd. Also I'm not sure about the elastic - it is thicker than the elastic I got from the company my doll came from?

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
I haven't contacted the company, I figured it was the two smallest items that are not a fit for my current doll but perhaps if I get another with a bigger size or have a friend who wants the cap/elastic I would not mind the loss.

* Would you order from this company again?
I would, if they added more items in a price range I'm more comfortable with (or restock the cheaper ones - I would love a pair of white leggings) and I also feel like the cost of shipping is a large factor. I really like some of their dresses but when I can buy a dress for myself for 10$ I find it hard to spend double and more for one for my doll and then pay even more to have it sent to me.

If they were in good condition and a lower price I probably would.

I wouldn't really consider this a problem, but I had made three orders in a short period of time. I asked them if it was all right to combine all three orders for shipment and they gladly fulfilled my request.
