I have to say that in my case Naripons really grew on me. When I first saw them I thought what a weird looking lil thing and then gradually reading the Snowpea stories and looking at other owners piccies my love for them developed until finally when I saw a Pansy in the Market place I finally took the plunge! I would be lying if I said that I was not a lil shocked when she arived at just HOW tiny they really are but as soon as I had given her a faceup and had time to play with her my heart was truly taken! My BB is my favourite Tiny so far and you never know I may even be tempted to get her a playmate one day.
Asporia, my Pansy, has become a cloud surfer today: That's a cloud on a skateboard. I also have a Periwinkle and a Daisy. I love them.
I didn't like Pons at first...but they grow on you. I know that I will have to have one eventually. Like I need more dollies with attitude. But who am I to say no?
I must have the only pon in creation that doesn't seem perturbed. I expected Avena to arrive a bundle of spitfire, and she is just the sweetest thing. I swore I'd never have a second doll, but this one just had to come home. Good luck on the tests!

LOL, You know, they remind me of the old fashioned / cheap dolls that my grandmother used to send me with hair that couldn't be brushed or you'd ruin it. So I was initially kinda blah about them, but now they're growing on me I really like the punk one on pg. 1! I didn't think they looked angry though, more like old fashion german dolls... which I'm learning to appreciate more. Not at all realistic, true, more a style that I may be making peace with again, LOL. Ingie
i didnt like these dolls when i first discovered bjd. i thought they looked like spoiled kids about to throw a tantrum which i found irritating (i see kids throw a fit at the store and i cringe) but the more i have seen them the more they have grown on me. they just look defiant and spunky to me now and i like that
Boy, these Naripons really do stick to you. Let's see, I've spent mucho dineros on my Bobobie Sprite girl, but I'm still thinking about these little buggers. As much as I know that once July hits I'm gonna be a little older, I can't wait for July to get here so that I can purchase a Periwinkle (there I said it, so I've decided). I've compared faces, colorings and Periwinkle just seems so soft and delicate. I'm in trouble... or better yet, my pocketbook that is. I just could not wait for July to get here, so here is Smidgie.
