ummm... a bit off topic but i might be falling out of the want (i dont have one yet... so im getting sad of just looking at them ): sigh) did anyone find that your bjd love was relit after actually getting one?

 

I said "they are beautiful but NEVER" and im gonna buy my first soon.
Now i say "only one boy and one girl" but i see you said the same and ... it scares me! T.T

 

I told myself I'd never buy a Soom... I now have three... >.<

 

Um... In July of this year, when I bought my doll, I thought she would be my only BJD. Now, I'm waiting for my disbursement so I can buy her a boyfriend, and I'm already planning on how to save for even more dolls. I so totally failed in the whole "Only one doll" idea in only a span of, what? a little over a month? Sigh. It's okay. BJD addiction is just one among many I have. A hobby can never be just a hobby for me. I suppose it explains why most of my clothes look so worn out, when I should have plenty of money to buy new clothes.

 

Hmpf... I thought I will never order a tanned doll... now I fell for one. Gonna order him soon. ^^;;

 

I said I'd never spend more then $300 for a doll...that went may out the window when I bought Mikal for $450.

 

I'm trying to see if I want a Rena-Dikadoll or a Dollfie Dream >n<

 

I was determined to wait till Christmas for my first doll(s), but I caved and am ordering my first one now xD

 

I started off with falling in love with two, now I have one of them and I'm saving for an MNF Miyu. I'm actually mad at myself for not buying her first. ^^;;
But I may also just get a Dollfie Dream.

 

I'm still waiting on my first doll, but when I first decided that I really wanted one I knew it would not be just one.
Luckily I fell in love with the dolls from one of the cheapest companies in existence; ResinSoul.
Soon Mei will be mine~!

 

Yeah welcome to the addiction...I said one or two now have 20 and still have never achieved the dream doll.... ah well,maybe next year.

Not only did my Minifee cost $450, but I'm planning to buy two $600 1/3 dolls next year. XD

 

I said I hated Volks (old) F-04 and would never, ever own one because she looked like a rat.
Then I saw one in BW, in need of repair, for a good price so I bought it. In person, they're really very cute, and now she's one of my favorites.

 

Said I'd never sell a doll- that once they where home, they where home.

But...situations change, as such, this has had to be broken. Hum hum...

Now I have 8 dolls-to-be OC's and I'm planning to get BJD-versions of the whole freaking Organization XIII.

I used to say: "I'll never get an MSD or anything else that's smaller than SD."
Now I have one MSD and I'm getting a Petite-size doll in the future also.

"I'll never get a Soom-limited edition-doll."
Heck. I'm waiting for a Gluino and I'm getting Beyla's hooves soon. I'm also planning to get a petite-size MD-head also, when I'll find one I'll like. x'D

I ended up buying a Crobi Nao who is now on the way. Not only is he one of the most pricey SDs i've ever seen in my life, but i'm already planning on getting a Souldoll after him.

I knew at the start that I wanted more then one. so having to many never worried me. what does is having one come home and then not bonding with them for what ever reason. What do I do then. Not sure if I could sell them or not.

Its so bad that right now I am sitting here with my DOD order all ready all I have to do is hit send, but I have this little voice in my head telling me that this is a lot to put out at one time. Its 2 car payments and what will you do if you don't really like them? AAAA little voice shhhh please. lol

 

All the time! It's how I fell into the wonderful world of tinies and Yo-SD's... It's almost like you have to monitor when you look at doll sites or else you'll end up falling head over heels for em!!

 

I said I wouldn't be getting more than 4 dolls, and then I bought a tiny after that. XD I have my eye on two more if I can help it, but I might be safe for now. (One isn't in production right now and the makers have not confirmed if they will be retiring or bringing it back, and the other is a custom head that I don't want to go to DiM for.)

 

Lol, I was actually looking at a Soom Dia (I wanted it on a male body) before I stumbled across the DOD site and fell in love with E-an. I wanted her to embody a long cherished character of mine...but after getting her home with a pair of eyes that didn't match the character she sat in a box for awhile. I didn't want to touch her without at least half of the look she's supposed to have, but I got upset and began to tinker with making clothes for her...and now not only has she taken on her own personality, but she's created herself a boyfriend, a rival, and a brother figured friend...Little did she tell me they would all be DOD, and my pocket would be forever empty. I have yet to buy her family, but whatever money I make that isn't going towards bills will be pocketed for finishing her look and getting her friends...if only I could get the courage to give her a temporary face up so she doesn't look like she's blank.
