I just bought an ACB Baby Julia and I can't pose her at all. Her elastic string seems to be very old and too stretchy now. What do I have to do? I'm very new to the hobby so I don't know what to do with her T_T

Thank you, I had been searching high and low for her hehe, but it was all worth it Hihi thanks~ she had been on my wish list for a very long time ... and so lucky that I finally got her ^_^ She is very new (mint condition) but the string isn't though. However, I guess I won't re-string her for now as I'm too scared T_T
Octogang, I know exactly what you mean. I got a new Boboby Lucky doll of 14 cm. Her face is nice but oh she was wonky like hell. I wrote the factory but they only said that I can restring it easily. I was angry and too scared to do such thing on a new doll. Imagine, a Bobobie doll is new half price as an ACB baby ! In time now I bought some tools needed for restringing and slowly I started to do it myself. The first time my B doll fell apart and I wasn't quick enough to see what I have done.............panic .......panic panic. But the different threads here at DOA relly helps if you take the time to read it through. Everybody here are so nice to share and there are people offer you to help, only now find one in Sidney or close to you ! Please tofutos us with a lot of your lovely baby Julia ..................I have a baby Ian. Hello piggy lovers! It's me! My name is Arthur! Or Winston! I haven't quite decided yet.... Look what happened to me! I moved to the Artic Circle! By mistake! I should've paid more attention to geography when I was a piglet. I've moved here to help look after psammead and it has done nothing but snow and snow since I arrived. Don't worry -- we dollies are all snuggly warm inside with a roaring fire and mugs of cocoa. I have lots of questions! Where does Banbhan get his energy from? Why does Finn have a broken heart? OctoGang, sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the stringing. Muja is right, there is a lot of information about stringing on DOA. The first time is by far the scariest. I do know that some of my littlest ones are strung with what looks like the clear beading elastic used in bracelets. You should be able to pick that up wherever you can buy beads. Muja, I love seeing Banbhan with his little ones, he is such a good father. Brrr, Arthur/Winston, it looks plenty cold where you are. But I bet Psammead is glad you got there.
