Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Where are they getting them from? Presumably these are dolls Charles Stephan keeps finding under his bed? I think I'll have to pass -- I've bought a lot of unexpected dolls this month (a lot) and one dolly I knew I wanted but thought I could put off will have to be ordered this month because the doll artist is changing his ordering system.

      That Ophelia does look nice though....

      Dedjnn! I very much doubt you can get Tinsley to pick up that wee mop. ACBs don't believe in work. They expect other people to be their willing slaves while they sit around being fabulous. And I have to say that Tinsley does a great job of being fabulous. Look at her aristocratic pose! The way she's decorated her rooms in a totally fabulous way! Her exquisite collection of rare china. I'm surprised she didn't order you to take that nasty mop away. (Did she even admit to knowing what a mop is?) I love her to bits. I asked Arthur (my own beloved ACB) and he said ACBs have a very high metabolism and need to eat a LOT of snacks.

      Fiatan! How is Bubu Odoroki doing thinking of a name? It brings a smile just thinking about him.

    3. Fellow piggy lovers I have a question! Does ophelia licorice have the same face as bubu ? I love bubus face but ophelia has cuter ears and I like the black resin... I cant tell because she photographs so dark but does she have a cute smile and chubby cheeks too?

    4. Hi ArouraAnn! I have both, and Ophelia does not have the same face, her mouth is more sad looking. But she does have the same chubby cheeks!

I'm a bit tempted by her too, but just purchased an expensive piece of doll furniture that I'd had on my wishlist for a couple of years. And I still have to find the right eyes for both my Bubu and Princess Kaba. Not to mention, Kaba still needs a face-up herself. Anyway, enjoy your Ophelia, and I hope you share pictures when you get her. :love

      Hi Psammead , I cracked up when I read your comment about Charles finding dolls under his bed! LOL! :lol: I'm happy for both the doll collectors who are able to get these creatures, which admittedly are amazing, but I'm also happy for the nice folks at Denver Doll too. It's good that Charles seems to be making an effort to fulfill these old orders. Although, I don't think I would never buy from him directly again, I absolutely purchase from Denver Doll, if I had the funds. ;)

    7. Thanks julidc! Im so happy to be jumping on the piggy bandwagon, I was heartbroken last time dde got some ophelias and sold out. Im not usually a big photo taker but I will do my best to provide plenty of tofutos!

    8. Yay more Ophelias!

      These little darlings take 14mm if you want a perfect fit in the eyeholes, but I use 16mm because I like the look of the bigger pupils. So I can say that she uses both, but 14mm is probably the right size.

      My Bubu is still nameless, but I have a few I'm trying out for now. One of them is "Hermes." :)

    9. Hermes is a great name, but I'm worried it might confuse Hilde even more. If he picks a name the same as a Parisian fashion house she'll expect him to provide silk scarves and handbags.

    11. Thanks for the heads up :) I did an impule buy and picked up another BuBu & an Ophelia. They are on layaway so it may be awhile till i see them. Already planning on finding someone to commission face ups for them :) Once i save up more money that is.

    15. Well, long-time piggie lover here, I saw everybody going to DDE for new CCC piggies - naturally I had to follow the crowd... But I got detoured and accidentally purchased DF Kiki :) I just love this little pig and hope that she'll be welcome here when she arrives. They are in stock too, all three types of faceup, which is good: I couldn't possibly handle another pre-order wait, I'm already tied up in two DDE pre-orders!

    16. My ophelia came in today from dde and as soon as I took her out of the package her right foot just fell off! I noticed that theres a little metal rod in her left foot that connects to her s hook and holds the string, but this rod fell out on the right foot and I have no idea how to fix it. I emailed dde but i wanted to inquire here and ask if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks everyone!

Fiatan she is still strung but without that little rod there is no way to reattach her foot :( the best way to fix it I think would be to drill horizontally through the foot and make a new rod but thats alot more modding than im used to. Dde offered to return her but Im already in love!

    19. So sorry to hear that. I also have an Ophelia on layaway through DDE. I hope she will not have the same problem. Ofcorse it will be a few months before i get her unless i can pay the layaway off, which i can't baceuse i actualy have 3 different layaways going with DDE at the moment. I need to stop ordering more dolls :)
