Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       My Pepe has arrived in London, but I don't know how long it'll take until she's home with me - it depends on whether Bambicrony have marked down or not. If she gets stuck in customs it could be another week :/

    6. Woohoo, no customs charge! The tracking says attempted delivery, so my Pepe really sailed through :) Hopefully I'll be able to go and spring her from the depot tomorrow.

      Shame about the duplicate wig though - perhaps there will be traders once more orders have gone through! Her colouring is lovely.

      Someone on here did advise me a while back about my Kiera but I can't recall what the answer was. Her BC wig is too big for her - would a wig cap work to keep it on and if so what size would I get seeing as I think most BCs are size 6 and that's too big - a 5-6 I guess? Do you think a new BC wig would work and that this one has perhaps been stretched by the last doll it was on, as surely BC wigs should fit her?!

      smudge, if my dolls have over-large wigs, and the hair-style isn't an updo, I usually find that pulling the wig cap down over the tops of the ears makes it fit. A bit irritating, but it doesn't usually show. Or have you tried an elastic band around the head? I can't speak for Bambicrony wigs as I haven't got my girl yet, but I often find that wigs don't fit the dolls they're intended for - my Luts "kid delf" wigs, for example, all fit my kid delfs poorly. I suspect that the (Luts, at any rate) wigs are bought and then branded as Luts wig, rather than designed to fit the company's dolls.

    13. Thanks for the elastic band suggestion who_la_hoop, I'll give that a go. I can't pull them down over her ears as she has elf ears and I want them to show. Reassuring (sort of) to know that it might just be a case of the wigs not always fitting the dolls they were made for.

    15. OOOooooh she's so cute! My Toto came today, and I am absolutely in love. I took some craptastic photos which I will download tommorow.
      I am so impressed with Bambicrony, the packaging and the quality of this full set is beyond what the price was. Each piece is so meticulously painted, every garment is gorgeous.
      And I got the random wig, so happy.
