Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. I think I may have to do the full box opening. I'm honestly so excited--I adore Peak's Wood anyway, but he was divine, and the moment I saw him I knew he would be coming home. :D I also ordered him in Suntan skin--I am completely thrilled--it's a layaway, but I'm pretty confident I'll be completing it a little early, as I'd love him home early in the new year. I hope I'm not the only one who's ordered one of them though!

      I have had a Segi since the head was first released, but this year I replaced him with... a new Segi! Nice fresh resin and a nice new faceup not to mention the lovely (and amazingly engineered!) Dandy body~

    18. @daepus - OMG, he is so gorgeous! I love his pose and his school uniform! Really wish I had purchased the red school uniform when they were in stock.. thinking about getting the plaid one. I love how you posed him, especially his hand on his jacket! So casual and cool. And I LOVE his new faceup, Big congrats on having him back!!! I'm sure you are at peace now with this handsome boy home, I really dig his more saturated coloring, it fits his bold eyebrows! Lovely boy!

      @krystina & @daepus - I would LOVE to do a black cat and white rabbit photoshoot!!! I didn't even think of "unlucky black cat and lucky white rabbit"! Cute idea! I have 2 kinda "black" cats: a tortoiseshell and a smoke, both female.. so maybe the bad luck cancels itself out? It's funny, at the shelter I volunteer for (by fostering cats) if you buy one black cat you get one free! This is because of the "bad luck" of black cats, they sell less often. Kinda silly, huh? I didn't realize that superstition was still so strong in 2015. Not that I am taking this phrase seriously here, Krystina! I know you meant it as a fun photo shoot idea. :) The coloring of a cat has little to do with a pet's good fortune, but black cats seem to be so friendly at the adoption site, like they make up for their color by being constantly outgoing and sweet! I think an animal's disposition is determined by the owner of the animal and the quality of attention they receive. Of course, there are the funny terms like "torti-tude" for tortoiseshell colored cats, that seem to be true in my experience!

      Let me know when you bring Aaron for Dollism, @daepus!! I want to do a Peak's Woods photo shoot together! (this applies to all people with Dandy boys, btw.. long live the Dandy!) Or I can go to a Norwegian doll convention! Yush! That would be amazing, going to Norway is for sure on the bucket list! I want to hike in the mountains and see the Viking ships too!

      I have yet to go to a dolly con actually, even though I have been to a couple meets, I need to go!!
      @idrisfynn - Ohhhh!! Segi boy! So rare! And a megane one!! I adore his glasses and his black mohair do'! *gushes* Please, don't be shy about posting his photos, I love him and the quality of the photos seems very good!! What size are those glasses, SD 13? I was thinking of getting some for my SD Lottie girl in red, if I can find them.. but kinda at a loss on which size to get. Peak's Woods SDs are the only big size doll I have, the rest are tiny's that fit in Barbie size glasses, the head's seem kinds big to me, maybe SD 16 size?

    19. Lol I love black cats; they are such beautiful pets. I used to have one with green/yellow eyes and he was the sweetest, most timid thing. Your cats sound lovely- the tortoise shell color sounds exotic. I had no idea about the BOGO on black cats at the shelter. Thats kind of sad - I'd love to have another black cat; I'd name him Bagheera in honor of the upcoming Jungle Book movie next year :aheartbea I have a white and gray long hair kitten and he is such a floppy kitty lol :XD: He goes limp when you pick him up its the funniest thing! I'm cat sitting a friends kitten too until she can find a place of her own. I'd like to get another kitty, but having two seems a handful.
