Thank you both! I actually purchased him in stock from a dealer well after the order period, so I feel lucky to have him. They had a Segi as well and I was really torn on which I wanted, but I'm really glad I picked Cosmo.

 

@krystina I love your dolls! I really wanted a Shaia but I didn't really have the money and then forgot when the deadline was Maybe sometime!

@Ravenwolf Doll Peddlar had him.They still have a variety of Peakswood dolls in stock, including that Segi who was there when I purchased my Cosmo. I found them very pleasant to deal with.

 

23 months after I placed my order my Mad Hatter Bella the Moon is finally in the UK awaiting ransom charges by customs. After this long I can't even remember why I ordered him. A 12 month layaway is far too long especially when PW don't start the doll until it's paid in full.

 

Anyone has some pics that best represent what the lavender pink color looks like in person? Thank you in advance

O no, I hope you get him soon! I agree, 12 months is really long; I have a Rosemii on layaway since November 2015 She wont be paid off for another 3 more months maybe. Hopefully once you see him your excitedness would be renewed!

Ransom now paid and my Mad Hatter will be delivered on Monday. It's frustrating to know he is so close now but I have still more waiting time till I see him

@Ishtar waiting is the hardest part! I think it gets worse the closer they are... months, no problem! But that day or so when they are so close is the worst!

My Mad Hatter is here. He has a different face up to the one I expected, it's in the new style. I've only peeked at him so far, I've too much going on right now, and have no enthusiasm for him just yet. I'm going to wait until I feel it's a good time to dress him and have a better look at him, but he is as you would expect a fab Peakswood boy

 

Oh, sometimes that happens, when my Rabbit Tristan arrived, the faceup it looked different from the promo pics, especially the mouth , I didn't like my doll had very red mouth and the pictures don't, even I wrote to them and PW offered to change it, but something happened to me when I dressed, put his wig and his eyes, and I fell in love with him so don't worry it's normal to feel that way sometimes and I hope your issue is resolved

@Ishtar To share an image from Flickr just go to the image in your photstream, click on that arrow that says "Share Photo" to the right. When you click on it you get a pop up with different options. Go to the BBCode tab and choose the size you want the image to show as, then just copy the code and paste it in a reply to this thread

 

I'm curious to see the face up they did to your boy. Take your time, he won't go anywhere so you can wait the right moment to spend with him. And I think, like paxita said, that the crucial part is when you dress the doll and see him complete. if it still bother you, you can ask them the company photos face-up. I'm certain that he's a gorgeous boy

 

I forgot to post in here but I recently got pics back of my Kasspio all finished ^_^ He looks amazing and just how I'd hoped!
He still won't be home for a bit yet though because he went to the spa with another OT head of mine, so gotta wait! Here he is though! He was done by the super talented overlordu/hearts_murmur!
