Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     11. Hello~! I'm new to Peakswood dolls and recently the Dandy boys have caught my eye.
      I'm really tempted to get a Lavin or Shaia, but i'm concerned about the body.

      How is the posing of the Dandy body?
      I haven't seen many pictures of it... so I'm hoping one of you that own it already can help shed some light on it. ^^;;

      I have already seen their body page and the basic poses, but I was hoping for more of an opinion on the posing. Like "it's great for ___ pose but I have difficulties with ____ pose" kind of thing.
      None of my boys here at home have an upper torso joint that low as well(mine all have right under the "bust") so i'm very curious about how it slouches and bends back as well. If that helps narrow down to what i'm asking about... ^^;;

      The body slouches very well! Its also good for doing arches (the torso has a locking mechanism). I don't have a camera ready; I may be able to post pics this weekend. The only issue I had (my doll particular) is that I can't leave him to stand by himself :vein He falls over. But I agree with faireva; with some sueding; he'll be able to stand by himself.
      I myself really like the body. Its sculpted very well and the hands are so beautiful :aheartbea

      @KohakuR: Shoes are tricky. I have shoes from TTYA that are SD13 girl size that fit my Dandy perfectly. SD13 Boy sizes may be a little big but stay on their feet.

    20. Thanks so much for posting these pics! *3* definitely was helpful. His upper torso has quite a range I didn't expect, honestly. Does he move side to side pretty well? (like leaning side to side)

      Girl shoes for them..? I honestly hadn't even thought about shoes.. I guess that is something to keep in mind!
