1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. 1. Oh, that DOES sound cute! :D Flannel will definitely lend her that huggable appeal!

    2. PoeticSoul, the blackberry color is going to look amazing! Oh man I cannot wait to see her. Her kimono sounds so cool and is going to be super interesting.

SamanthaMcKenny, congrats on your first BJD! I will post more pics as soon as her wig comes in hopefully early next week.

dotworkdoll, thank you! It's less pinky than I thought it would but it is so beautiful. And the resin itself is sooo nice. They say that they don't sand seams but my girl is virtually seamless. The quality is so much nicer than the Fairyland dolls that I have owned in the past.

    3. Sorry for the double post! I hope everyone had a lovely holiday :) I wanted to ask if anyone with a Minifee with heel feet could compare them to the Peakswoods FoB heel feet?

    4. Serein, your Mia is adorable!

And finally my Romantic Lady Bee has arrived and this makes me happy! She's so beauiful! And I like her body and hands very much! And her ears are so lovely!
The only problem is clothes... Can anybody advise anything please?

    5. Maver, she's so beautiful! Her faceup is positively stunning.:)

    6. Thank you Maver! Your Lady Bee is stunning as well! Love her ears :D I have my girl who has the large bust in a dress made for the A-Line Minifee large bust body and it fits pretty well. She's just a bit chunkier so the top button on the back doesn't snap.

Also, Minuet's custom For My Doll wig came in and I've never had a doll wig fit so perfectly. I'm so happy with it โ™ฅ

    7. oh god, guys I need your help XD So I was lucky enough to win 2nd place in PW's photo contest so I won a random FoB *_* I'm super super excited but I literally know /nothing/ about minis LOL. I really don't mind which girl I get because they're all beautiful~ but I have no idea what kind of sizing PWs minis take. From what I've seen, it seems that they have pretty thin bodies, so she would probably need like minifee / slim MSD sized clothes yeah? <_> what size eyes do they take generally...? 14mm? You wouldn't think I've been in this hobby for 9 years how useless I am with MSDs.. I'm so excited I haven't even named the small lady yet but I want to buy her some stuff! (I may have accidentally already bought a wig shhhh)

ahh also shoes D: how are the FoB feet size compared to other minis?

    8. I don't have my FoB yet, but I have an FoC, and having seen both sizes in person before, I can tell you that 8-9 are best suited for FoC, not FoB. Since FoB are Mini-size and have similar head proportions to Volks MSD and Luts Kid Delf, 7-8 wigs will fit best, and 8-9 will be far too floppy and slippery unless it runs unusually small or you cinch the back a lot with thread, and the proportions of the bangs (if you get a wig with bangs) will probably be way off on the forehead as well. It's too bad they only have that color in the one size!! Maybe you can special order something similar from Leekeworld or Crobidoll?

Congratulations!! :D As I mentioned, I don't have any first-hand experience with owning FoB, although I have seen them in person. However, from what I've read from others, they ought to fit slim mini clothes pretty well, although there may be differences in the hips and bust depending on what kind of clothes you get. DollHeart used to use PW dolls as models for most of their standard sizes until the relatively recent split with the founder of Code Noir (who used to work for DollHeart... I think it was a former president?), so DollHeart MSD clothes fit the height and shoulders well, but may be a little loose in the waist since the Muse body is a little slimmer than the previous FoB body. @alington has mentioned that the FoB Muse bodies seem to fit into Angell-Studio Mini clothes pretty well. Eyes depend on the sculpt, but I believe their default size is between 14mm and 16mm... I think they'll include a pair of randoms with your girl. :) The measurement on PW's site says the Muse feet measure 5.8mm, so I think they might be just a smidgen bigger than MiniFee or Withdoll, but DollHeart MSD shoes should still fit, and PW also has some 9NineStyle shoes and Sadol shoes in stock.

    9. thank you @designedforsmiles! The search continues then:lol:

Im looking for outfits for my two FOB sisters and have really come to like some Angell-Studio outfits. But what im finding is the waist line and chest circumference of FOB is too small for most dresses that I like:pout:
Im not an expert on sewing but for those who do sew, do you think it possible to bring in the waist and maybe even the bust on these two dresses?

    10. ClarasCraft, I so adore that Mori outfit! But alas, it is for an SD size 1/3 doll. FOBs are MSD size 1/4, so neither of those would fit in the least. But to answer your question, yes it is possible to either move the fasteners or do a judicious tuck here or there to make a dress fit better provided it's an MSD sized dress. But SD is just way to big.

    11. Ahh thank you! I guess I had my hopes up of that one, Would it be a better bet to look at DollHeats msd clothing section instead?
Angell-Studio's 1/4 size dresses seem a little too big in the chest and waist but 1cm too small for the shoulders...:nowords: I guess that would be too much of a stretch on the shoulder fabric?1/4 bjd cute rabbit dress/Alice - Outfit Angell Studio En

    12. Hmmm, not necessarily...one centimeter is less than a half an inch (or less than a quarter of an inch on each side) and could be compensated for with those puffy sleeves. If I had my heart set on that kind of style for my doll, I think I'd most likely give it a go (knowing I'd have to take in some side seams, make other adjustments, or move some fasteners.) DollHeart MSD outfits are probably going to run similar in size and need to be taken up as well. But for the cuteness, I think it might be worth trying. Keep in mind, this is just one woman's humble opinion and I have no knowledge of your sewing skills. Good luck in whatever you decide.:)

    13. @PoeticSoul
Thank you so much for your help!
I think I'm confident enough I'm my sewing skills to give it ago, and even if I hit some problems I have a few close relatives who are great at sewing

    14. Oh my God. That outfit is ADORABLE. Actually, I've had great success with Angell-Studio outfits (for both this size and the FoC girls), but I think my large bust Mia is wearing it. It's a great fit, in my opinion:

Shoot. Now I'm going to have to order one, too! :) I wonder if it's in stock at Mint on Card....

I have a few DollHeart MSD outfits, and they are pretty big on these new bodies. They fit the original straight bodies really well. I was considering trying either the Mini Dollfie Dream size (I actually have one of those) or the Slim MSD for her (I don't have any of these outfits on hand, sadly). Have you seen this link, which lists exact measurements for DollHeart outfits? http://www.dollheart.com/-ezp-21.html (Sorry, I haven't been online in ages, and I apologize if this is old news.)

    15. @alington
Oh thank you very much! Thats such a pretty outfit your Mia has!! Is that the 'western-dress/fantasy' one? Haha, I was actually looking at buying that one too ;D Thanks for the link though, I'll have to do some more size research soon, so many outfits to check through!

    16. Actually, I had to look up what this outfit is called, and yes, it's the Western-Dress/Fantasy one here: 1/4 girl western-dress/Fantasy - Outfit Angell Studio En

If it helps, I posted a quick photo comparison (nude dolls) in the reference section: https://denofangels.com/threads/peaks-woods-fob-muse-girl-body-comparison-nudity.699191/

As you can see, this new girl is close in the bust and hips to Minifee Moe-line, but closer in height to Iplehouse JID girls.

I've found that the new body can wear DollHeart's clothing sized for Mini Dollie Dreams (it's just a tad short), Angell-Studio, Princess Doll MSD, Nine9Style, Sadol, Little Moda sized for Minifee (but it's a bit short in the leg), as well as a few custom dresses I have that were made for JID girls (a tiny bit big in the waist) and also for "slim mini." I'm thinking the slim mini size from DollHeart might be a good fit, but I don't have any on hand to try. :)

    17. Thank you! This will definitely help me out! Im going to go through all those places and see what I can find. Im shopping for two dolls, but I think I will probably find a lot more outfits that I like than dolls that I own
Again, thank you so much for all this information, its made it much easier to clothe shop now!:whee::)

    18. Hey, does anyone know if there is somewhere someone may have posted a review (hopefully with pictures) of the new Little Muse body anywhere? I'm considering buying it for one of my dolls, but I don't just want to pay that much for a doll body blindly. Thanks!

    19. I posted a comparison photo of my Muse girl with a few other in similar size. I love her. Here's the link (they are nude): https://denofangels.com/threads/peaks-woods-fob-muse-girl-body-comparison-nudity.699191/
