Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       It's so sad that she's 60cm high.... I prefer the 42cm dolls ._.##

      I'm getting a second hand Goldie pretty soon, and I can't wait!
      I'm in the process of trying to find hair for her, and I was just wondering....
      Is she a size 8-9 or a size 9-10?

      There is another PW thread for large girls and it has posts past 2008.

      I have a Goldie and she has 4 wigs. One came with her from PW, one came with a 5 Star doll so I don't know what size it is and the other two I bought so I can tell you about those. I bought her an 8-9 Leekeworld wig and it is a wonderful size for her. Not too big, not too small. I love it. The fourth wig is a DH wig, happens to be white for Rococco outfits. DH says their wigs are 8.5-9.5. This wig is large on her and due to the weight of the style will fall off if I don't keep her upright. Now this may not be a problem with other DH wigs, but I haven't chosen another yet so I can't tell you about that.

      So I would suggest an 8-9 based on this info, and that is what PW lists, too. But I am very new to BJDs and so I have one SD10/13 size doll and that is Goldie.

      If you want a more expert opinion, try the PW thread as opposed to just Goldie. Hope I could help a little.
