@aliawinden I assume that FOF dolls wear YoSD sized clothing. I'm counting on my ordered Rabbit Goon to share clothes with my SOOM Teenie Gems and LUTS Honey Delfs, so I hope I'm right, haha

 

@aliawinden Yes, FoF wear 1/6 scale clothing, which is commonly categorized as YoSD size. I have FairyLand LittleFee as well and they are very close in body size (although FoF are a little taller) so they can share clothes.

Everything my FoF dolls have are yoSD clothes and they fit nice.

For shoes yoSD ones work too, though I tend to prefer the smallest I can find (4,5 cm long) since FoF feet are small (4cm. long).

Those eyes go so nicely with her skin, I still can't figure out what color I want for mine, but I still have time

 

Thanks! It's because I bought her in person at the PNW Expo. I do like these eyes on her but I'll probably try different ones. None of my dolls ever stay in the same wig or eyes for long - LOL. I'm thinking about what other colors would work with her skin.

 

@periwinklestars oh I see!!! that makes sense! wish I could have done that haha! If you try other eyes on her, I'd love to see some photos if possible I'm having a bit of trouble on imagine some colors next to her skin

 

I'm packing to move, and my house is showing the next few days, but hopefully, I'll have a chance to change her eyes for fun soon. I'll definitely post pictures

Aww!! How adorable. I bought the shoes too (navy) but haven't purchased any of the Code Noir outfits. They are pretty indeed.

 

You know, I have a Dollpamm white skin hybrid you can see here. I've also used the smaller body as well (it can't stand on its own, and I have it in normal skin, but for proportion you can see it here. Very girly.

I've done another one with the Dollmore 12" FMD body as well, and photos are here. Also maybe too girly, but the resin isn't a bad match, if you can find another type of Dollmore body?

Normal skin Soom (I think--if Rosette is the same) is OK as well.

I don't have photos, but I have matched a Doll Chateau body to Peak's Woods white (with a little blush for DC) as well, too. And that means Dollzone would probably also work, since I think DC and DZ use the same coloring system.

FoF Naomi in Code Noir Sweet Black outfit (it also has a hat, but I just adore this mohair wig!) and sailor shoes.

I have a terribly embarrassing story about this girl. About two years ago, we put some new floors in our house, and that meant emptying all my doll cabinets and packing them safely in the garage in boxes and suitcases. I lost a box, and I lost Naomi. My DH uses the garage for his hobby space--it's a "Maker's Space," and includes a ton of machinery, like a laser cutter, a CNC machine, 3D printer and all kinds of stuff, and he is very particular about how things are arranged. He must have seen an extra box and put it on a shelf with a ladder and part of a life-size TARDIS (yes, he built a TARDIS for a Maker Faire) in front of it.

Because of a recent shoulder surgery, I'm not supposed to lift heavy things (like the huge boards that make up the TARDIS), but as he and I were going through the garage last week, and I found a doll box. And there was Naomi, along with another doll! I had been so sad about her (I thought I had lost her or given her away, because I know I hadn't sold her) it was like Christmas! So. If anyone ever accuses you about being disorganized, you now have a quotable story that at least you haven't ever lost a doll in the garage like this one lady you heard from on the internet.

 

@alington oh wow! So glad you found your girl because she's just so cute!!! Moving and rearranging a house is always the best way to lose stuff, so don't feel too bad! The important thing is that she has been found

She came with green eyes, but I didn't even tried them to be honest, I don't think they would have suit her. I'm still trying to think of a nice color for her eyes.

She is beautiful - I have been wanting a Cheshire Goon for ages. Is that the default face up or a custom?

 

@Merlin's Mom, I think she's the original very first basic face up, when the ballerina was released.

@Ellesmera, wow--the lavender-pink is so pretty! I have an FoB in that color, and I love her in purple, pink and brown eyes, but surprisingly, she looks terrific with green as well. I think they totally pop! But it's weird they included them. I love those purple ones that she has now. And I haven't seen a blank Sassy Rosy yet! What a cool face! Can't wait to see her finished!

Oh, she's such a cute girl, even blank! I have purple eyes for mine. Here is a picture. I also have some green ones that I'll try at some point. I'm so busy packing to move house that it may be a while.

I have been in love with Cheshier Goon for a couple of years and finally broke down and ordered one that was in stock at the Doll Peddler. Hopefully she will be here this week - so excited

@periwinklestars She looks lovely with purple eyes, are they mako dan 020? mine is using the same but with black pupil haha. In any case I want another color for her, I just don't know what X.X..... purple looks nice in the meantime. Thanks for sharing that photo!
