Super fast! I got the shipping notice on November 1st and received the heads on November 3rd! 10 days in total!

Sure!! The quality of the sculpts and resin was great! And the Koonie head face up was lovely!

How easy was it to pay?
Easy. I paid with wire transfer and they confirmed it immediately. Perfect!

How long did it take to ship?
Around 60 working days*

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Sure! She's very smooth delicate princess-y looking. Very pretty!

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
YES! I'm still amazed at the similarities of the faceup with sales picture. But the sales picture editing makes resin color looks very peachy (in web sales). IRL, she's very subtle pinky-peach NS color

Were you satisfied with the product?
Absolutely!!! She's my prefect little big BJD *

YESS!!! I have plans of some of their sculpt..maybe different size than my current one..but YES I WANT 'EM

I did a Layaway which I completed in early april, i received my doll on may 6th

Absolutely, my doll is perfect, no seam lines, the resin is smooth and soft

Yes

Absolutely, i love her !

Excellent--it really couldn't have been better.

I actually picked it up last weekend at the KBJD Show, and I think I ordered in early Feb--I want to say about 2-1/2 months?

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! She's even prettier than the promos, and this batch of suntan is the prettiest yet!

Yes! Even prettier!

Yes! Although, I'm sad that I didn't also order a gray skin version, too!

Excellent. They are super sweet and very good at English

* How easy was it to pay?
I used PayPal for some of my layaway payments, and their direct pay system for others - always without problems (I send them screenshots every time I use PayPal, just in case)

* How long did it take to ship?
After the last payment, 3 months pretty precisely. (They only produce after last payment, so no surprise it took so long)

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Oh definitely! I simply love their resin quality. The color is amazing and the marbling is absolutely minimal, I barely notice it.

Even better! Amazing body construction, I love him ^^

Big yes!

I might, but I love buying from them direct, because they have the sweetest most enthusiastic customer service *__* So second-hand would only be if I saw a really must-have special I've missed out on earlier XD

FOC suntan Hunky Dory and FOC white vampire Goldie head, both blank and well as a couple pairs of Oscar Doll eyes.

* How was the communication?
They were great to communicate with. When I wanted to add on to my order they were very friendly and made it easy.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. I used paypal and split my order into two payments.

* How long did it take to ship?
Slightly longer than 4 months but I ordered during the Farewell Event so I expected it to take a bit longer than usual.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
YES. Peak's Woods is currently my favorite company because of this order. I'm unbelievably happy with these dolls! I already knew the resin quality would be excellent because I used to have an old style FOB, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like the posing.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Prettier in real life, even without faceups.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Absolutely.

Definitely! I was thinking I wanted to make my vampire Goldie a hybrid, but I fell so hard for the FOC Lolita body that I ordered another.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
Sure, especially if it was a limited release or full set I wanted but missed out on.

A blue-grey Viyol on layaway, during their discontinuation event.
* When did you order?
I started the layaway in April 2015 and finished on January 1, 2016
* How was the communication?
Wonderful on the few times I messaged them. They were always very kind and I never had a reason to worry.
* How easy was it to pay?
Super easy via PayPal. I didn't need to do anything fancy for layaway payments, just sent it to them with my order number in the comments box.
* How long did it take to ship?
About five and a half months, but the Lunar New Year happened during that time and they also had a family emergency (which everyone was notified of via their website and I think email). So the long wait didn't concern me.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
Not at all, everything was perfect. They even sent a gift wig!
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

* Would you order from this company again?
Absolutely. I love my doll, but even more than that their wonderful service made me want more of their sculpts!

Dandy Keith Beast in Urban Brown skin, with faceup, beast hands with polish, eye & wig upgrade; Extra Keith head (unpainted), and an extra dress for my SD girl.
* When did you order?
I paid in full on March 12th 2016
* How was the communication?
They always replied quickly, within a day or less, and were very friendly and considerate of my special requests, such as an extra Keith head, unpainted, in the Urban brown skin tone.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, I sent my payment with Paypal.
* How long did it take to ship?
I've ordered from PW before and this time was the fastest shipping, 3 months and a week, he shipped out June 22 and arrived June 25th. He was also a tan skin order with faceup and hand blushing requested and these options typically take longer to produce.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
Everything was complete and carefully packaged, they sent me some gift eyes, PW postcards, and heel feet as well!
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

* Would you order from this company again?
I will definitely be ordering from them in the future, I have only wonderful things to say about Peak's Woods.
Also, I have ordered from them twice previously, and I regret that I did not leave a review here at those times as their resin and faceup quality, costumer service, and flexibility (with payment plans and aesthetic requests) are first-rate.

Ten time yes! Peak's Woods dolls are gorgeous. I ordered the lavender-pink skin and I love it. So smooth and beautiful. And the face-up! Oh gosh, love all the little details in it.

It was great! I needed my shipping address changed and was anxious because it looked like they hadn't updated it, but they did and it all worked out fine. They let me know when she shipped.

A little confusing, since this was my first BJD straight from the company. If you've bought from a company before, you should be fine.

* How long did it take to ship?
A little over three months to be made, and five days for the package to arrive from overseas.
