Peroth head by Esthy Discussion!

My Peroth head just got his face up from Vitta Vera. I haven't really seen any new heads with a face up yet but I think he still looks like the old Peroth head.

 

Miss Deep - Nice!!! I like the tattoo too. The grey and black wig goes great with those blue eyes.

Well, my Peroth arrived today (yesterday, actually, but I got to pick him up today on my way to work), and he was very well wrapped in bubble wrap! He is very tight though, and the strings are cut right at the knot, so no loosening him. He's currently in pieces.
The thing that catches my attention, is his top lip. Gone is the pointy top lip of doom. And I miss it. But that's why I still have an old version. I wanted the new one to be the same yet different somehow, and voila, same yet different!
The upper thigh joints are an interesting design, and I'm going to have to play with them a bit to get the hang of them. But I'll have to either stretch the heck out of this string, or see if I have enough on hand to restring him to be a bit looser. Seriously, just holding him by the torso, his legs (both of them!) would just snap up, knees still locked, and the top of the torso doesn't want to be normal and upright - it hunches forward or backward, and even side to side just to mix it up a bit.
Frustrating right now, but an easy fix.

Quick question for anyone who has an original release Peroth (If you don't mind answering ):

Does your head have any distinct markings on the inside? Like a stamp or a number or a scribble of Esthy's name? I'm trying to make sure I actually got what I paid for, since I didn't receive a COA. Did yours originally come with some sort of COA?

My older one came without any CoA, and even though it was second-hand (in like, '07), I don't think the original heads came with any. There are no identifying marks either.
The New heads Do have a sticker inside though.

Heyyy I don't know if anyone can help me out, but... I grabbed a Peroth head second hand (from the Nobility doll re-release), and I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for a body to put him on? He's NS, and I'm pretty lost on what might be a good match. I've tried researching around, but I haven't had much luck.

P.S. - He's not home yet, so I haven't had a chance to compare him to any of my other dolls. He was mailed registered airmail ($80 EMS shipping on a head? no thanks). I've probably got a 2 week or so wait ahead of me, and I'm starting to feel really stressed out about finding a body for him. XD I don't know why I'm letting it stress me out, but... I guess it's just the anticipation turning into panic in my brain.

 

So it's been about a year since Keigo has been all together in one piece.... you ever take a look at a doll after a long time and just sort of sigh and fall in love all over again, only this time even harder?

i jhave a question and was wondering if someone could please help me! i have a friend who owns a head from this talented artist and she is having some difficulties finding a body for it because she does not know what matches the normal skin tone. i'd appreciate if anyone can help us!
