Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Hi, All.

      I've been quietly reading the posts in the Mini Riz threads while I was waiting for my first girl to come home. She just arrived this past Monday and I'm *totally* in love. :aheartbea I bought her in tan to be the daughter of 2 of my off-topic BJDs and they make the most adorable family. :)

      I'm looking for help in finding a faceup artist for her. I'm looking for someone in the US (only to cut down on travel time for her) and I'd like someone whose really good at natural/nude palettes. Any recommendations? I've been over to the Marketplace to look at different artists, but the possibilities s are so overwhelming. I figured asking here might help me hang on to my sanity. :)

      Congratulations on your new Riz. I want to suggest Leah Lilly for your faceup. I have had a few dolls done by her, and am so happy with her work. She listens so well to your desires, and I am sure would be able to give the natural look you want . Yes, she is in the US. I have posted my Riz and the work she did for me.

Even without a face; she's got tons of personality. :) I'm still looking for a wig for her...I saw one I really liked a few weeks ago but I forgot to bookmark the site where I found it. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can pick it out of my history files on my computer. I've been looking at a lot of BJD sites lately, so.... who knows.

      Congratulations on your little Riz too, btw. Aren't they so much fun?

      I got my third invoice from Oobiedoll yesterday, and she said that the mini-mermaids should be coming in any time now!
      She is still working on my wig I am getting from her. I have some eyes already. Can't wait! I got the set with both fish tail and human legs.

      I have been AWOL for awhile, and am so enjoying going back checking out old posts. I forgot how much I love this doll's style. I did find that I had to suede her when I first got her, for posing, but once you figure her out, she is so very cool and versatile.

I have been following this thread for a while, after seeing a Riz in person at the Rosadoll con I finally gave in and bought first a mini Renee on a white RS body on the MP, then my husband bought me the tan mini Riz for Christmas, she is going away soon for her faceup. Renee is wearing my first attempt at a synthetic fur wig, not great but looks better than it did at first.

    18. I was over there looking to see if there were any new clothes or anything and noticed that they were running a free shipping or free head event that running until January 15th. I've been thinking about getting a Dandy as a brother for my Riz and the thought of ordering a free head sounds good. Just need to decide who I'd want. Maybe Elf Renee? :)

    20. skyeyze - thank you, I made the dress for Renee, the dress for Riz I bought a couple of months ago at a doll fair, I thought it looked about the right size and it was. I love sewing though so I shall be making lots more.
