PlanetDoll Mini Riz 27cm discussion part 3

Lol They are definitely collectable. I have 1/6 scale boots on all my PD boys and half of the girls. If the clogs are too big just add a piece of craft foam to make them fit.

 

I accidentally dropped my Kiki (Roseanne) and she broke one of her fingers. ... so I decided to send Planetdoll an email and they now offer new pairs of hands! Yay!!!! I just ordered a new pair of hands for $5 + $5 shipping

I'm new on doa, and love mini-planetdoll.
I read this topic, and there is a lot of beautiful mini here !!

I have all the scupts in white skin (and 2 mini tara)
Behind, left to right:
Rosalie (mini riz), Jane (mini tara), Alice (mini elf renee) and Paloma (mini tara)
In front, left to right:
Isabella (mini half​ eye riz) and Victoria (mini roseanne)​

What a beautiful family! I love planetdoll too- my only mini is the little mermaid which still has not been painted. This thread is for the little ones, kind of confusing in the title, because planet doll mini is not MSD, it is the little ones.

Both planetdoll threads have been very quiet lately- I have just lurked. Hopefully it will wake up sometime soon.

All my dolls on this pics are mini planetdoll 27 cm, they are not msd.
(it can be confuse, because I have seen that on doa "mini" is the word for msd doll too)
I must post in other thread?

Do you want to repaint your little mermaid a day? or you let her always natural?
I hope this thread wake up too, these dolls are so nice!

 

Oh- my bad! I thought you meant they were all the MSD size except 2 mini-taras!

I love them all!
I do intend to paint my mini-mermaid, I just have not gotten around to it. Please post more pictures - your dolls are beautiful. Planet dolls are in my top favorites of all the BJDs.

I got a tracking number from Planetdoll yesterday. My Riz head, mini Renee and new pair of hands for Kiki are on their way already :-D

celeste - Great shirt for her. She is truely a girl with an Atitude!

 

I was afraid she was a Tara... She's the only sculpt I won't have yet as soon as I have my package. I want a Tara too now!!!

 

I saw one a week ago at Think Pink... It was nice to see so many Planetdolls together there. If only the bodies were not so frustrating.

 

I quite like the tiny bodies actually, but I'll put my white skin mini Riz on a Resinsoul Ni body. I already have the body, I quite like that one too.

Maybe mine is to thightly strung? She is kicky - she either wants her limbs straight or in a 90 degree angle at knees and elboys. And that irritates me. I just like the double jointed bodies with thighjoints much better...

 

Oh you're right, mine does that too... I think I just got used to it. :P When I want her arms to do something else than 'straight' or '90 degrees', I twist the elbows. I had to do that to keep Kiki's hands in her pockets:

Cyador: it's a blythe dress, a little too short, but good size for mini pd.
I have the same problem with arm and sometimes legs, but no with all my mini. I think it comes from the string.
And I do the same thing that Evelien for arms

Tara is my prefer sculpt, so I have 2 of it.

I'm not getting a mini Tara any time soon. I don't have a lot of doll money at the moment and I won't have any for some time after I get my Planetdoll package and my second hand Withdoll Priscilla ^^

 

Lol - I know the problem. I think my next doll won't be ordered until next year - unless I manage to make some extra money.

 

I hope I'm in the right place as my little one is mini Roseanne not Riz? Although I have been collecting dolls for a while she is my first ABJD doll, I got her earlier this year.

Her name's Elspeth and I hope she gets a same size friend sometime soon!

 

Oh, she's lovely!! And yes, you're in the right place. This thread series is for all of PD's 27/28cm dolls. Unfortunately the title still only says Riz' name. We should ask mods to change it for us.

My Planetdoll package (mini tan Renee, mini white Riz head) is still in Dutch customs.
