Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     5. So I just got a Barbie pattern to sew something for Mini Riz. So far it's much to large. For some reason I thought Barbie was "skinnier" then Riz but had much larger breasts. Can someone give me the low down on Riz vs Barbie? I don't have a Barbie to figure this out on my own. Thanks !

    6. As far as barbie patterns has any tried the Mattel Teen skipper or vintage Francie or maybe takara Jenny/ licca patterns? If barbie patterns are too big than maybe those would fit. They are slimmer and smaller busted than barbie but around the same size maybe some are a little shorter. If those don't fit has anyone tried the only hearts club clothing line?

    10. The notice on Oobie Doll's site says "The Planet Doll Mermaid order has been placed!" So I'd start counting the 'waiting days' from October 1st when they ordered. (Although I'm not sure what the waiting is for Planet Doll at the moment...)

      Rikki101, glad my info was helpful! My girl is out getting her faceup now and as soon as she comes home, I will be glad to take some pics of her in Blythe and/or Momoko stuff. Let me know if there is any particular type of clothing that you would like to see her in.

    13. I'm pretty sure Only Hearts Club will be too small - I've used some pieces of it before on my ElfDoll Hana and she's much smaller.

    15. Wow, this thread is asleep! Is anyone else here waiting for a mermaid from Planet Doll? I can't wait, I'm guessing hopefully the 1st part of December, just in time for Santa to bring her. I'm getting light tan (I think that's what I decided on- it took me forever to make up my mind), and also her extra human legs.

    16. Hello, all!

      I very recently bought a lovely mini Renee from the marketplace (I'm away from home for an indefinite period and was going through major doll withdrawal) and am now scouring the threads for information on clothes, shoes, etc. Renee's face and build (if not her ears) were nagging at me. She reminded me of somebody, but I couldn't put my finger on who.

      I'm in Pittsburgh, birthplace of Andy Warhol. Clearly something serendipitous was afoot when I bought Renee, because I finally realized she reminded me of Edie Sedgwick. During her Factory days, Edie really had the whole neoteny thing going.

      Now I'm obsessed with turning Renee into a mini Edie. All by myself. Cropped blonde wig with roots. Dramatic black eyeliner and eyebrows. Shoulder-duster earrings.

      Can I do a faceup? No.

      Can I make jewelry? No.

      Do I have any idea how to style a wig? No.

      Am I a masochist? Yes.

      My current holy grail is black mules like the ones she's wearing here. I have a notion those will be pretty impossible to find. Renee doesn't have to stand in them, just pose in them. If anybody has ideas vis a vis mules, please let me know!

    17. I'd try Ruby Red galleria is the heel is important to you. If the heel isn't important, I've gotten flats like those from Audrey Doll in the past, but they were for my SD. I don't know if they go small enough.
