It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I detest floating heads. In the past where I was foolish enough to buy a doll with two heads I could not rest until I had found a body for it.
      Since I know by now how obsessed I become, I absolutely refuse to buy dolls that come with extra heads. (I am even slightly uneasy about my Soso's sleeping face... LOL!)

    2. I voted no floating heads. All my dolls have head and body attached. I can't stand to not have full dolls.

      There has been times when I bought a doll for it's body and abandoned the head, or I bought a head and then ordered a body, then hated the bodies on the dolls, then bought the dolls their own company bodies, then reattached the original head to the body that I bought for a different doll, and then had to buy a head for a headless body, but as of this poll, they are all together.

      I don't count extra face plates as needing their own bodies. I usually just pick the one I want full time and wrap the other face plate up tucking it away. I put it with the other spare body parts that I have ended up with over the years.

Oh dear there was a time that I was buying heads like crazy , every head event of any company I fancied and I was there buying everything available the madness of mine was hillarious, and yes I had the bodies displayed with another head every week or so ... but it came a time that all those heads caused me a headache lol when I was moving and the headcaps got mixed and had to find which one is for which head so I am to downsize still I'll be left with more heads than bodies but as it is now the ratio is ridiculous and I have lots of bodies/full dolls but even more heads

    4. Except a few that are odd size, all my dolls body share. Too many beautiful heads out there but I can't have more than one same exact body sculpt (nor multiple of same heads). That's why my dolls mainly normal skin. Even a darker skin doll body I have, has at least 2 heads that can go on it.

    5. I'm not into body sharing, mainly out of laziness in having to change the heads and then the outfits every time. My Soom Heliots shared a body for a little while. Even though they came together as 1 doll, I decided to separate the 2 heads into 2 characters: Open eyed head on a human body and the Unicorn head on a different body with the hooves. I was ecstatic when I was able to separate them and give them their own bodies. These days I try to only buy full dolls. I currently only have 4 floating heads at the moment, but I plan on getting them their own bodies in due time.

    6. No body sharing in this house. I make distinct characters for my dolls, which means they have their own bodies. Real humans don't share bodies, right? Neither do my dolls if they will be characters in my doll family, and I buy heads knowing I will get bodies for them.

      The flip side is true too... On the rare time I borrow the body of a full doll to model a floating head, I always dislike it. I can't get over the fact that this floating head is stealing the body (the build, the hands) that I know belongs to another doll I have. Wrong body, wrong head! I can ignore it for a bit but it's distasteful. Such things don't happen to real people. No body sharing for my doll characters.
