Prettiest doll hands?

I feel the same - I went to a lot of effort to get SDGR girl hands for my SD10 girl because her immature defaults were killing me. My favorites are Infinitidoll girls and boys (so much detail!), Switch girls (the nails are amazing), LUTS SSDF and SDF65 (veins!), and the silly poses Cerberus Project gives the Delfs and the F60s.

 

Hands are super important to me. now that I've been in BJDs for some time I know that I have to take a close look the hands of a doll I'm considering. If I don't like them, I need to pass or see if I can hybrid them. If not, I'm probably going to sell the doll.

I love Dollzone hands too. I have two MSD 45-12 bodies and the new body that Minas is on. I love them. They give the girls such a feminine look. I'm also interested in the new Loongsoul MSD body and have a Cerisedoll Ellana on order. Popovoy Sisters and AGatti have beautiful hands on their dolls.

 

Doll hands are very important! It definitely has a impact on how photogenic the doll is. I think the prettiest hands I've seen is Doll Chateau's jointed hands (just the fact that they are detailed AND poseable makes them awesome), and Lillycat's Lyse doll hands. They aren't quite in the realm of "how do I pose this doll so it doesn't look like she is contorting her hand for the hell of it?" and more in the delicate modeling pose.

 

[MENTION=69481]Amadiel[/MENTION], Spirit Doll does indeed send two sets--they shipped my girl with the "cat hands" strung on her, which I thought was a great way to avoid breakage in transit (her other hands were wrapped very well and safely stowed away where they wouldn't get banged around too much). I kept her strung with them until I finally took her apart to blush, because of how cute they are.

 

I really love both Dollshe's realistic hands (man, they're beautiful) and Doll Chateau's jointed hands. I think the single joint per finger is a good compromise between aesthetics and flexibility

On that note, does anyone here have jointed hands they particularly like?

 

Doll hands are more important to me than doll faces.

I find the best hands for SD female dolls to be the SoulDoll Zenith hands, I have all their pairs for my dolls (none of which are souldoll dolls).
I mod the joints if need be to make them fit, and blush them to get closer to the dolls' resin hue. They are long hands but! They still fit the human proportion rule of "a person's hand is the size of the side of their face."

Hands are very important to my enjoyment of my dolls. I swapped Delf hands onto several of my girls because I really didn't like their defaut ones. My Iplehouse nYID girl has gorgeous hands.
My latest obsession though is Serenade Doll. They make so many different ones and they are so elegant! I'll be ordering one of each pair when I have the funds for one of their dolls.

 

Like a lot of you I've always liked the Delf hands,(so many different expressions!), But it wasn't until Limwha came out with the Half Elf that I really started noticing the hands of the dolls I was interested. I have to say that Limwha Half Elf, 5th Motiff, and Supia have some of the most beautiful hand sculpts I've seen so far.

 

I haven't been in the hobby for too long, but from what I've heard/seen Soom's ID72/51 and Doll Chateau's semi-jointed hands are really nice male hands. I think the hands are really important since, to me, they attract almost the same amount of attention as the face in a lot of poses.

The most gorgeous ones for males that I've seen were of the 5th Motif Venitu I think... so bone-y and large haha.
I enjoy SOOM's (SG + Jointed) guy hands as well, and a lot of girls generally have beautiful hands, like Delf.

 

For my personal tastes, SQLab hands for SD female are the most beautiful hands due to their longer and softer styles...^^

 

yes, the Minifee hands look lovely. I plan on getting one soon, and I hope to get all hand options, too. ^_^ Unoa hands look nice too!

 

I really love the Peakswoods Special Lolita hands - gorgeous and I love how long the nails are, and how they are shaped pointy rather than rounded or squared. Im tacky and I love talon shaped nails, not going to lie. Its one of those times that I wished Peaskwoods would offer resin matching services, because I would get all my girls those hands. I still got them, even though the match is terrible lol!

Im seconding Mia with the SQ Lab girl hands - they are so dainty and feminine, and the nails are long, but not too long. Its so beautifully sculpted and they have so many "poses"

 

Hi, Well I bought a girl from Luts and her body and hands are really beautiful. Her nails are gorgeous.

 

I think the prettiest hands in my collection are my Soom White Rabbit Northerly Breeze fantasy hands. They are long and slender, but still look masculine enough in my opinion.

 

Right now, I kinda want to buy Spiritdoll's Hercules hands! I like the little bony protrusion at the outside wrist!

 

Hands come just after face sculpt in importance to me. I think 5th Motif hands are my absolute favorite (for boy hands). They were such a pleasure to blush. Dollshe 28M aren't far behind. Soom's MG and Idelian hands are super pretty. Souldoll hands (both Zenith male and female) are really nice. Oh! And Twigling! My Twigling girl has lovely hands.

 

I do love pretty hands. I just can't bear awful hands! The ugliest hands I've got are those of my Aoi Tuki Tukihime body. I switched them with jointed hands as soon as I got the body!
For girls, my favorite are Iplehouse and Twigling. Lovely hands. For boy I like a lot Dollstown hands.

 

Realistic hands really matter to me. I hate squidgy little " doll like" hands with sausage like fingers. My Iplehouse EID Kamau has beautiful, very masculine hands. I prefer short nails on my dolls. I would not buy a doll with ugly or ill proportioned hands.
