Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Hahaha I have actually thought about this same question many times as I have passed by places that do those photos :lol: But I do not think I would actually do that just because the rest of my family would actually consider my dolls part of the "family" just me :roll: So I would have to take the photo myself or something and then it would not really be a "family photo". So I think taking a "doll family photo" with my own camera would probably be as close as I would get :sweat

    3. I plan on taking one of my boys to a convention with me, and at this convention I've signed up for professional "Photo Ops" with a few of the special guest celebrities. I'm thinking that I'm entirely likely to leave my lad sitting out of the camera's view for the duration of the photo; it'd be out of place, I think.:sweat

      I don't really do the family photo thing, so this'll be the closest to it in awhile. And yeah, no. Not for me.

    4. No, I would not XD Of course, I do not consider my dolls family, and I am not even the kind of person to put a pet in a family photo. I don't care for family photos in general, but if they must be taken, to me they should be just that- family photos.

      Now, I may take a photo of my dolls in which they were posed like a family in a professional photo for my own amusement, but it would never go on my wall, and I would not be in it.

    5. During MobiCon I paid a professional photog to take pictures of Chaeri. I'd love to share them except of course Ri-ri's OT on DoA. Still, it was a lot of fun.

    6. Jesus Beetlekin Almighty. I'd never even go near a photographer who used settings like that. :mwahaha I can't stand those Sears Portrait Studio dealies... I grew up in the 1970s, so there's already quite enough hard photographic evidence of me sitting on those carpeted cube-formations in front of backdrops printed with blurry forests. Mom keeps them for blackmail purposes, just in case I ever try to run for office.

      No, I am a Family Of One, so I would not bother. ^^
