My Orchis arrived today!! Only 9 business days after I ordered her. Despite her incredibly shoddy posing, I am loving her to death! I've named her Llew, and she's a little Will-o-the-Wisp. I really hope to get her mod work started soon... even though I actually have no idea what I'm doing in that area.
Just ordered a normal face Viccia!! I'm so excited! （≧∇≦）I'm planning to mod her body, but if I end up being too chicken, I'll just hybrid her. (I'd love to see her on a Dollpamm body, so hopefully they'll release a tiny size soon~)
Congrats on the new arrivals! My Viccia is still out getting work done but I'm sure she'll be just adorable when she's done. I'm already tempted to get an Orchis but I'll see how well Viccia's body work goes.
Went out to buy materials to make my girl a corset when she gets here~ anyone have any suggestions on what shoes fit? \: Most yo-sd sizes look too big. My order shipped~! She insists the name "Mana" so "Manna" it shall be... Face-up and clothes are done by me - wig is some old second-hand dollmore x'D

My Orchis arrived last week! Friday 13th, what a nice birthday I'll post pictures as soon as I finish her wig, I am just so in love with her! These dolls are magnificent; delicate and tiny but with an attitude. Stabbington the width of the neck seems to be 4cm (give or take a bit because my tape-measre is a little broad)

After a year of wanting and lurking this thread, I finally ordered a full set of Quino Orchis. I am beyond excited, and went searching for the waiting room and didn't find it, so I went to the discussion thread. Hope that's okay. Don't worry, I won't post shipping updates or anything, I'm just too excited to not share this with someone. I really want to follow Rykaan's tutorial on the joints, but I've never made a doll modification (aside from some scars) in my life. Would you guys recommend following it as a first serious mod?
Hey everyone! I'm looking to get one of these little beauties (I plan to order soon; as soon as I rearrange some money anyway, haha!) and I was wondering- does she take a 4-5" or a 5-6" wig? The site says a 5", but is she really in the middle like that? O-o If she is, I feel like a 5-6" would be too big..? Also, does anyone have the three faceplates, non-company faceuped, side by side? I'd like to see more of what the tender and sleeping FPs look like, if possible. ^^
NATA, Liza is so sweet! I love her look JessiFlakes, i think, 4-5" will be better. 5-6" looks realy big for Quino, and 4-5" wigs from Dollmore (like this one http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=5922&b_code=B20050505064943&c_code=C20080404070253 ) were good enough for my girls.
Likanta, Thanks! I have a 5"-ish mohair wig I was hoping to get on her, but it fit a 5-6" head... I guess I'll just have to play around! haha. ^^ And I just ordered her today... pretty much right after I posted! haha I couldn't wait anothe minute... she's so gorgeous! And I can't wait to paint and freckle her!
