Most of the lucky owners put a little block in their signature that says "Cloud Nine/Sei Tenshi" I know if I had one, I sure would put the block in my signature.

I don't know what "Sei" is but "Tenshi" is "天使" and will bring up all of Volks' angels. You most likely aren't going to find a large gallery of Sei Tenshi anywhere since they're so rare, and the largest concentration of them is a place (Tenshi no Sato) that doesn't allow cameras.
It's 精天使. I think. When you search for it on google youll find some pics, mostly from Tenshi no Sato..
