I was wondering if anyone had character ideas already for their incoming flower elf.

When my Tulie comes in I'm thinking she's to be a sort of fae "pet like" character for my Tennyo girl Sinjun. More of a sidekick but I can see Sinjun pampering her as one would a pet.

 

Oh!! I love all the outfits you can buy for them the casual elf outfit cracks me up. I love the little balloon shorts!!I think Belle is my favorite and the seedlings are adorable. I saw a girls pics of all 3 flower dolls and the seedlings on Flickr!! Here:

While I don't have a flower elf on order (maybe soon, though!), I've always just imagined she'll be my ACB's (unwilling) minion. My anthros just kind of hang around my doll family, and nobody thinks it's weird that there's a random talking piggy walking around

I don't think the doll was available for take home at IDEX but I could be wrong.

This will be my first anthro but since I have elves in the house I think she will fit right in. Minion sounds great.

I see Tulie being more like a familiar and will fit right in with my girl who has a seasons based theme

 

Unless something changed from Saturday to Sunday, Ms. Cholong said they were available to bring home from IDEX when I asked her Saturday. I was supposed to bring one home Sunday, but wound up not being able to get one at the time afterall. I know there was a problem that needed to be fixed so it might have changed.

 

Good question Aree! And congrats to all those expect a fairy to flitter into their lives soon! As for me, if if can find a way to afford a Rosey in leaf skin, I have the idea she'd be my Volks "Rose-Aurore's" imaginary fairy friend...like almost any proper princess would have in a fairytale. And she'd need at least one of those stinking cute Seedlings too darn it! LOL! I'm falling harder in love with these little flowers everytime I see more pictures of them. Guess I need to get even busier flinging that Cookie Lee bling so we can afford both the new car we had to buy recently and these sweet dolls for me!

Have you picked a name for your Tulie yet Aree, or will you wait until you have her in hand? "Inquiring minds must know!"

I think Sinjun's leaning to calling her Saffron even though she's a tulip not a crocus .

If seedling photos are needed, I have one and can show it off. Because I bought both rabbits at the IDEX event, I was given a free seedling. I'm still quite baffled by it...if I were my dolls, I'd be poking at it with a O_o expression. It's too little for ME to poke it, lol.

EDIT: Before my inbox becomes completely full--please, don't ask me if I intend to sell my seedling. I just *got* it. I've tried to answer all the inquiries thus far nicely, but please do not pressure me. I will certainly provide photos, however.

Ophelia, I am glad you mentioned the seedling. We got one free as well with our purchase and as cute as it is, we were going to actually give it away. I didn't think anyone would want to buy one since they are availble at DDE for only $39.

You look familiar to me like I saw you at the meet. I remember someone bought one of the rabbits and then won another one. Was that you? When we were walking out I remember seeing someone with both rabbit boxes in their hands that might have been you. We were the three sitting up front. My daughter and I both won something in the raffle so you might have seen us get up to get the boxes.

 

No, I definitely bought both rabbits straight up, I didn't win anything. I had them in a bag. I've got red hair and librarian glasses, I was near the back. I remember that your daughter won! I couldn't have been the only one who was happy to see someone who looked really worthy of a prize get one.

 

Awww, Ophelia, that is really sweet DD sure was happy to win. She got a really nice outfit from DollHeart and I won a cool JPOP wig. Then DH "confiscated" them for his Sooah that he got there. Really DD didn't care as long as she got to play with Sooah, too.

That is too bad that you didn't get to win one of the rabbits. They sure were cute. I know they are OT here, but do you have pictures posted somewhere? I'd love to see them.
