1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Rainmans Flower Elves

Jan 14, 2009

    1. Oh yes...the leaf arms are a must....and the leaf skin just compliments it so nicely....they are flowers afterall.....
O really like the way you shaded the petal bottoms with a touch of pale green...but I am afraid to try.....

    2. I just used a tiny brush and a green ink pad. I haven't even sealed it (so far... I probably will at some point). It stays on but can be easily removed if I choose. The ink-pad ink (I got mine at Michael's) is light and not too much comes off onto the brush, making it easy to control. That way, there is nothing to be afraid of. If you don't like how it looks, take it off!

    3. I got my Rosey a while back and she had a bunch of problems but Ms. Cholong had me send her back and get a replacement, she is so very sweet and helpful!

My replacement came this week, so I am very happy!

My original rosey had a big chip out of one of her thigh peices. She had no hook in one of her brown shoes. And she had a couple of chips on the painted part of her rose..and you could see the metal hook from the bottom of her foot, they sanded it till the metal hook was exposed from the bottom(you could see it and feel it). I was upset.

I got a new one now though and shes perfect. And all my girls have the hook hands, which made it so easy to change to the leaf arms!

I love the little leaf arms, too cute!

I just used a peice of fishing line to hold the elastic from shooting back into the body too far and then pulled it back through everything and hooked it to the hand..it was pretty easy.:)

These three are my only tinies..but I just love them! They remind me of Rose Petal Place..I have a collection of those I recollected years ago.

      Love the theme Rainman!!!:aheartbea

    5. I love your photo. The little tree in the background suits Tulie perfectly!

    6. Eb: Congrats on finally having your Tulie whole. Love the photo.

    7. Tulie is looking like she is feeling better.....what a cute picture.. I have been trying to a setting place/ accessory to pose my Rosie and Tulie in....other than a flower pot!!!

    8. Roseann Playmobil has some nice playsets that would work as a good setting

    9. Ooooh! Which sets?...I am familiar with some of the Paymobile....but not sure which ones you mean.....

    10. Yeah, i did an impulse buy last night for a Rosey doll. She was ultra cheap on ebay and since i always wanted one, i figured mind as well go for it. I can't wait to see her when she shows up :)

    13. those doll are gorgeous! I really like the little bud

    14. Thanks, Animedolls, I really love her in wigs.

    15. How did you make a headcap? My sweet Rosie, Tzaza would like hair one day.

    16. Wow. It never entered my mind to try wigs with the Flower Fairies. Myoko looks great!

I'll echo Valli's question. Did you make a headcap or just put the wig over the hole?

    17. Yes, i made her a headcap, i am trying to upload a photo, but somehow it wont let me. Ill try again later.

    18. DDE has the Flower Elf clothes on sale and I got 2 more dresses for my Tulie and she looks so adorable in them. I just had to spoil her she was looking kind of sad anyway.

    19. I got my Rosey recently. I won her off ebay really cheap :) She even came with 2 extra outfits so i couldn't pass.

I was a bit nervous about switching her into her shoe feet and leaf arms but it was surprisingly easy and only took me a few mins.

She is adorable and now i want to get the other 2 :)
