1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. Skin color refers to the resin color of the body. :)

    3. I need these! Also would love to see owner pics

    4. I just ended up with one of these - the Boston Terrier. He's a TLC doll - dirty and his paint all nicked up. And he is missing his head cap and tail...But, I love him and will be happy to fix him up! I have already mostly removed his damaged black shading, but it's not all gone. (It's a LOT to remove.) His name at this point is Brutus, and I will post pics when he is photo worthy! I wish this thread was more active! These dolls are so sweet. I've wanted one for years!

    5. I didn't know there was a thread for these!

I have two little pups - 0038, and 0036. You can see 0038 in my icon there. This is my little Basil Vincent, and he was my first resin bjd. He's been to a lot of places with me - a lot of theatre trips - and he's a darling.

I have 0036 in white resin and I call her Cassie. Don't have a good picture to hand, but I see her as a sister type to Basil Vincent. She's a lot more active than he is, but they both really enjoy comic based media.

Honestly, I adore the pups. I want to get a couple more, when I've got some moneys saved up. I think I'd like one in a grey resin, that could look really nice.

    6. Basil Vincent is adorable! Thank you for sharing.

I am thinking I will get both pups in fantasy resin colors. I haven’t seen it done yet!

    7. @aliquotiens I've not seen it done often, but the sculpts are so cute I think it would look lovely!

    8. @werepuppy - Basil is adorable! :D

@aliquotiens - fantasy colors would be awesome - imagine a pink puppy? That would be amazing! I never even thought about the possibility of getting them in other skin tones!

My TLC project was started and then stalled. I've decided to name my pup Brutus. I've about gotten almost all of the nasty faceup/blushing off of him, but it still needs more work. I'm going to do some research and really have to put some thought into making him a new head back, but it'll all be worth it in the end.
