Ringdoll Grown Dolls, thread #9

Also... I read that the measurements of the grown dolls are not accurate on the website... if that is true...

What is the correct height measurements?

 

I measured my boys and this is what I came up with.
RGM body 2- 71cm
RGM body 3- 70cm
RGM body 4- 67.5cm
I would think that there could be a slight difference depending on which head is on the body. Hope this helps.

And there's the new RGM body 5: RGMbody-5 around 75 - 77 cm (with head according to websites).

 

Unfortunately the discrepancy of the bodies results in some heads not being compatible with certain bodies. You can hybridize on your own, but RD will not ship out the compositions of head and body you would like.

 

Sometimes dealers will if you ask them! Alice's has been good with this to me in the past (though, I was buying from a different company at the time, so I can't speak for Ringdoll).

 

Ringdoll won't. I asked recently through a couple of dealers and they said it wasn't possible :/

 

I tried getting Xun Yu with RGM 5 body. They told me no

 

ye, same with me, I like their 02 body and I asked RD to change from 03 to 02 and they said ''no'' :/

 

Since our order has arrived, I can confirm that the lucky bags aren't just dolls currently shown as in-stock. Ringdoll also has new CoAs. c:

Here's a pic of all of the Black Friday boys (plus my little helper, Phoebe). Tan Red King was a BF in-stock, not a lucky bag. Of the lucky bags, Xun Yu (body 3, normal) went to my mom and I kept Qing Yin (body 4, normal) and Wo Long (body 3, white). We qualified for a free head and two blind box toys. The head is Law, in normal (it's more yellow toned than the other two). Also, after some googling, I learned that the blind box toys are from Hitori no Shita: The Outcast...honestly never heard of it before this, but now I'm curious about it lol

I ordered a Grown and a Teen lucky bag and got lucky with neither, alas. I was mainly aiming for body hybriding, so my hope was that I'd get an RGM-4 (got a Xun Yu on a RGM-3) and a Teen body that I could use with my Cryan (got a White Rabbit in pink normal).

I probably won't keep either of them, but maybe if I can move them along fast enough I can give it another go

 

Mine says it will be here on Wednesday.. I have no clue who I want or what body I'd like. I like more masculine face shapes but most of the ringdoll sculpts are handsome even when feminine.

 

My Grown lucky bag just arrived! I received Qing Nian on a RGM-4 in Normal. I was hoping for RGM 3 or 5 but I’m actually really liking the body I got!



Super looking forward to having a bit of a project and getting him together.

 

My lucky bag arrived this evening.. the paper inside said I got Xun YuC on the 3rd body. I love him! So much so I bought another lucky box.

 

I forgot to share on here, my Hua Cheng arrived!! I also just posted an unboxing/body review on youtube in case that's helpful for anyone!
