What other kind of expression details are you looking for?

 

I'm mostly looking for softer features, and a slightly younger look, while not being one of their teen bodies.

 

Off the top of my head RGM 4 boys with softer features: Ozhu, J-N, Qing Ying, Cryan, and Lexi (though he has fantasy ears so might not work for you)

 

I like J-N quite a lot, thank you! I'll have to keep an eye out if he goes on sale, and save up if not.

For people who were wondering what umbrella might work with Hua Cheng, the one that comes with the Hua Cheng minidoll actually seems like it's more suited for the BJD size (closed it's the same length as the plushie xD)! I don't think you can buy it separately from the plush, but figured that might be helpful for other people who collect merch.

 

Does anyone know the measurements of the 1/3 male heeled feet RD offers? I know there's two, the smaller one is available in both their EN and TB shop while the bigger feet (which I suspect is only compatible with their ~70cm dolls) is only available in TB.

I'm wondering if I can get away with the smaller feet for Xie Lian (RGM 04) since it opens up a lot of possibilities with heeled shoes versus the 1/3 male sized ones?

 

I don't have an answer, but would also like to know! I'd love to get some heeled feet for Xie Lian and Giyuu, heeled shoes are so awesome. Would also like to know if anyone has advice as to what shoes would fit the Ringdoll heeled feet in addition.

 

Hi, does anyone have experience with or measurements for the wrist balls on these hands?

It says they're made to fit Grown dolls so presumably they're the same size as the normal non-jointed hands.

 

Hi, does anybody know if the Anti-dyed clothing that Ringdoll has for the Grown boys suits the 05 body? Alice's Collection has this type of clothing too but it only reaches 70cm bodies

 

The 05 body kind of fits the ID75 measurements. I think you can message Alice and ask her about it. She responds pretty quickly!

 

Hi! Is there anyone who has dolls with 04 and 05 bodies? I'd like to see how big the difference between them. I couldn't find any comparison photos. Thanks!

 

Definitely look into photos of the Xie Lian and Hua Cheng dolls together, as those are on the 04 and 05 bodies. I know some people on here have already gotten both, so they may be able to help more. But the difference between them is easily a head.

Great pictures! I don't think I've seen complete photos of the sculpts before now. I have to say, only having the 04 bodies in hand right now, I didn't expect their... ahem... bits to look so different.

 

Yes, the bits frequently get blurred out!

 

They really are surreal to see and more interesting when I was doing my own body blushing. The RGM 05 interchangeable ones make life a little easier when putting clothes and RD gives you some interesting parts (Hello, Peter!) though I sometime had some blips where because I didn't make Hua Cheng wear underpants--his manly bits fly off for the world to see (yes, happened at a doll convention I attended......)

 

Yeah...I tend to not blur them out unless absolutely necessary. XD

It is interesting to see them side by side, though! It was surprising that they're all different, figured they'd just be the same shape stuck on different bodies lol
