Yep. Maybe if I'm lucky, someone will want to trade heads, but I truly doubt it. Perhaps someday I'll be able to get Dianxia, but for now, I'll just treasure my Scrap Collecting God.

 

I’m kind of relieved they’re not selling the outfit separately. I’d feel compelled to buy it.

Have any of you guys had a doll on layaway directly with Ringdoll? How long did it take for them to reply back to you?
I emailed them yesterday, and maybe this is just me being impatient, but they haven’t replied back.

It’s both a blessing and a curse that they decided to make these dolls back to back

 

Man, they are heavy! Not sure why Ringdoll calls them 75cm. Maybe to not scare people.

 

I've done two layaways with them. Sometimes they reply same day (depending on the time there), and sometimes it takes them a few days. I imagine they're probably getting a lot of messages right now, so I'd give it a few days.

Layaway with them has been pretty stress free for me.
Order, send them an email with the order number and say you'd like to do layaway.
They'll reply with the necessary info, down payment amount and PayPal account to send it to.
Make the payment, let them know via the layaway email and they'll confirm it. Then rinse and repeat for the next payments (their max is 4 payments after the down payment).

Does anyone know the current wait time for Ringdoll? I'm seriously considering Ashford 3.0, but last I knew it was ten months to a year wait.

 

I tried to figure that out recently looking at the waiting list before I put in an order, but it’s hard to tell. I think the people who say they’ve waited the longest tend to be from one particular dealer. I just went through Cloversinging and crossed my fingers.

(My other Ringdolls are the TGCF boys who arrived within 2 months, but they were also clearly pushing production fast for their full sets, so I’m sure this order will be longer for a blank doll.)

I think I also need to do layaway more often lol

I started a layaway mid-April this year and was told at the end of June that they were ready. This was for two blank, basic dolls.

 

I think it's around 3 - 4 months. Maybe closer to 4 (because of the shipping, customs, etc)?
I can tell you my last orders:
I bought Zhao Yun last August and it arrived in my country just before Christmas (also meant that the post office was having holidays and overloads and thus the poor fella arrived home at the beginning of January).
And before that, I bought Hua Cheng in June and Ringdoll shipped it in the middle of September. Because of the shipping, local post office's "fast" service, etc, it arrived at the beginning of October.
I guess it hugely depends on where you live... but, anyway, I hope this helps.
Btw, I am thinking of Ashford too (I was wondering to make him a vampire), however, I'm kinda broke now.

Its what I saw in the net, but how it will be irl - idk. Also I knew about new XL, was announced to his b-day, but as u can see they released him but a bit later.

 

Today was Zenitsu's birthday, so I did a small photoshoot with my BJD in the center. I originally planned on going out to do it, but it's over 100 F where I am, so I decided against it for now...

 

Finally I decided to get prince Xie Lian!
Now I have to wait patiently for him
I was talking with a friend that now that there are two versions of Xie Lian, maybe Ringdoll will release a San Lang too... what do you think?
