Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I got my code and a very polite customer service email from Ringdoll that said my Wei Wuxian will be shipped in order. There are still a 100 in front of me. So waiting time a couple more weeks. But wow many got sold.

    7. I ordered my Fallen Angel Lucifer recently, and am pretty hype about receiving him soon.

      I will admit that I am a little nervous though because I may be moving soon, so I hope doing an address change with them will be easy and not a chore if it comes to that

    11. It definitely is relieving and a weight off to know that I won’t have to go through hoops to change my info.
      I had to reach out to a Cherry email as well about a correction in my name on the order (they made my first name my nickname), and still awaiting a response.

      I wasn’t sure if I should email the Cherry@ringdoll email from my email confirmation or whether I should email the service@ringdoll email. I guess if I don’t hear back within some 10 odd business days, I’ll try the latter.

      With the package I ordered for him, I had to do so by contacting sales directly by email, so his production time may be a little longer because of all the extra stuff he’ll be coming with.

    13. I want to order the new Lan Wangji and since I've ordered the latest Wei Wuxian, I wanted to take advantage of the 5% extra discount, but the dealer I got him trough doesn't have Lan Wangji available yet.
      Does the discount still work on the Ringdoll site at these conditions? Or is there an email I can contact them at, since I can't find one of the site?
      (I saw that ILYAVI has written down 2 different mail addresses, but which one works?)

    14. I can't help with whether the discount would work or not, but I guess if you explain the situation to them, it should be all right.
      As for emails, I usually write to [email protected] or to Cherry. I think you can try both.
