Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Communication was very quick and professional. They emailed me because a pair of pants was out-of-stock and wanted to ask if they should cancel or replace the item with another.

      Only a few days. Ordered 8/16 and the package arrived 8/22

      Exceptional quality for price.

      All but one. One item, a down jacket for SD17 arrived in a color that looked so remarkably different from the sales image that I looked up my order to compare item numbers. I was certain this could not be the right item, however it was the same item. I have no idea how they made a brown/tan jacket look silver/grey in pictures but they did. :(

      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I used PayPal
      * How long did it take to ship? The parcel was shipped the next day after ordering and arrived on 29th Sept
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I'd say yes, although the shoes could be better quality
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes for the shape and size, but I had problems choosing the right shirt colour, as the colours were not labeled on their website

      Simple, paid through PayPal.

      Yes, the products weren't perfect but very exceptional for the price!

      Yes! Very cute. The same of the hood on the jackets was A little funky but not a big problem.

      Yes, cute design and packaging.

      I had an issue with the shipping, which was the fault of the post office not the company, but they replied immediately and offered to send the items again if they didn't arrive. Fortunately the items finally showed up so there was no need.

      Absolutely!

      Possibly... if it was something not availble anymore through the website, but otherwise I would just order from the company because the prices are very reasonable.

      Great! One of the sweaters I ordered was out of stock so they emailed me to see if I wanted a refund for it or to swap it with another sweater. I chose one I found that I liked even better and they sent me that instead.

      Easy via PayPal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I got a shipping notice on the 11th and the package arrived on the 17th! I chose the cheaper air mail option and was quite surprised with the delivery time.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely! I've ordered from them before and have always found their clothes to be amazing quality for the price.

      Yes! Exactly like the pictures.

      Yes, though there are a couple of disadvantages, but these are just minor ones such as a couple of threads sticking out and a zipper of white color while the boots are pink.

      Excellent. :) When there was an issue with my order (they realized during packing that a product image showed the wrong color and they no longer had that color in stock), they immediately reached out to offer a replacement or refund, quickly processed the refund, and updated the stock image on the website.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super simple! They take major credit cards or PayPal (with a small service fee).
      * How long did it take to ship?
      My first order was only two items and shipped the next business day. My second order was larger and had a stock issue, so it shipped about four days later because we had communication back and forth + a significant time difference. This still felt very, very reasonable. I was sent tracking numbers and the packages took the usual amount of time that International non-priority shipping takes. (I could have upgraded to priority shipping but didn't feel like it.)
