Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     7. Anyone here also buying the kumdo set they've just released? :sweat I'm so nervous because I bought both sets all in one go. I've been stalking their site ever since they previewed the set at a convention. Should have known my bank was going to have a heart attack about it. :| But come on, me sending large chunks of money out of the country is the norm by now.

    11. I'm trying to buy one, but frustratingly Sadol has not answered my question about what the size differences are. I'm ordering it for a doll that can fit SD13 or SD17 clothes but it depends on the maker and for that price I want to make sure I get the right size! Does anyone know, for example, what the pants inseam length is for the various sizes Sadol offers?

    13. Well, yes, but the armor is resin and if there's a size difference in the curve of the chest that's not really alterable. If they make a thing in five different sizes, surely there must be some easily known and quantifiable differences between them, otherwise how could they consistently fit garments to those sizes?

    15. Oh do you mean the bogu set? I'm not even 100% sure they have different sizes for it. It makes you choose an option but on the bottom of the page, it says "one size". I guess I didn't give it much thought because the doll I'm buying it for is one of the 70cm bodies Sadol make clothes for and their model is in the same category...maybe I should be worried too...? OTL

      I wonder why they haven't answered you? Did they skip you or maybe they don't understand your question...?

    16. The Kumdo set is what I asked about because they do list several sizes. I am hoping that the Star boys aren't much skinnier than SD17 so that the bogu set fits. I also asked what format to write the characters so that they appear in the correct order. The answer they gave me doesn't make any sense:

      I am quite confused! Why direct me to a Japanese site?

    18. I'm trying to buy both, for a Hyper Omicron boy who is kind of on the fat side of SD13 but as tall as an SD17. The woes of trying to dress an ancient obscure doll! :sweat But at least the outfit he's needed all this time finally exists and is made in sizes that should fit if I can just figure it out! :)

    19. Poof! So many posts in what is a normally quiet thread! XD gosh that new set is droolworthy. The price is steep but SADOL never releases the same thing twice :< so I am awfully tempted.

      Regarding the SD17 girth vs star70, the star70 body is skinnier and much taller, though i can't say by how much, in my head I feel like it is quite a difference.

    20. Omigosh I'm glad at least Laelen has some bit of info for you. I'm sorry I'm no help but I can see your dilemma now. I've never even heard of that doll! And I hope Sadol answers you with measurements. I'm curious about the nameplate format as well.

      If it helps, this site shows a typical format for the names and Sadol said they were trying to be accurate.
