I got an Amber Beige Jarrad and he does not look that dark as she does in those pics. But perhaps it could be the lighting or the make up.

 

Lots of depends of lighting and day time when picture was made. That's why my dolls skin colour always looks different.

 

Gave in to Sienna ... even if I never ever wanted a big doll again. So much for self discipline ...

 

Has anyone ordered the Daisy outfit from SatoriaJ? In the sales photo it looks like the flowers cover the boobs just fine, but the one I received, the flower fluff is a bit lacking on one boob. ((slight dolly nipple warning I guess))

Not sure what level of defect I'd call this.

 

It's easy to fix. You can make less lace fabric with hand sewing and that makes flower to cover naked boob.

 

Anyone else notice this faceup on Jarrad? I don't know if it's just a variation on option A or what, but damn he looks good in it.

 

It's really similar to face up a, maybe just different colour of skin makes it look different. But I agree with you. He looks so sexy there.

 

The "coat pictures" faceup of Jarrad is made by an artist (barbiefinger on Instagram) who did likely not collab with SJ back when the promo photos of Jarrad were initially released. Judging by her Instagram gallery it's quite recently that this artist has started painting for SJ, and Jarrad's old default faceups don't look like her work. It may be her interpretation of the default faceup. May also be she took over the old artist doing the default faceups.

 

Does anyone remember what the winter sale was last year? It looks like it happens around the beginning of December. I know it could be different this year, but just wanted to get an idea

 

I think I got my Naomi in about 6 weeks after I paid off my layaway. Sadly, she is still in her original box in my closet because I can't find a wig I like for her.

 

Hmm... when I asked Jay, I was told that my order will be ready to go with my last layaway payment.

 

That sounds right. I have absolutely no complaints about sartoriaj except I wish they'd make some short sassy curly wigs for female dolls.

 

And I know this is the large dolls group but has everyone seen the "coming soon" Juliet 45 cm doll they have coming out? I think I need it.

I have two orders on sd size but in future in planing to order two of msd size as well.
I love them more as iplehouse dolls as its bit different in body and faces.

 

I really like Iplegouse Isabel but I can order. I've also been eyeing Lahela and Aaliya as a possible alternative to DollShe Diana for my Black Widow. But I can order from Iplehouse anytime. SartoriaJ only accepts orders at certain times.

 

I never get over how pretty these dolls are. Here is Yu in her newest dress.

 

@Frillseeker Awesome dress, especially the upper part. She looks very elegant!

 

@Kiyakotari - SJ has a history of opening categories of dolls (like SD Women or MSD Men) for sale at a time. So far it appears that every sculpt gets rereleased eventually, and repeatedly, so I would assume Elf Luthien will be available again in the future too. But the fog gray resin was LE, so it's very possible we won't see that exact color again.

 

Sartoriaj's actually opened bi-monthly for their SD and MSD.
October is for MSD and I believe they will release again 61 APH and 71 ATH (or maybe the new 73 Zeus) by November.
And yes, Fog grey is LE for this summer exclusively.
Very excited for the new 73 Zeus body, my Iplehouse HID guys might finally have something to wear from SJ soon lol
