@Bren thanks for the reference! I can see very clearly the difference between this two. I manage to buy Matias with 2 heads and maybe hybrid one of them with Iplehouse hid body as I wanted to make this character with 2 different personalities. (Btw, is that Komorebidolls faceup? Sooo detailed and your guy is so handsome

@luluna thanks! And your girls are wonderful as always! I used to believe that recent Sonoran beige is close the Iplehouse RS but according Facebook group pic and yours, I would say that the new amber beige would be? I can see the bronze/red shade of Amber beige which is different from RS but the resin match doesn’t look bad (btw, do you mind me asking what was the manufacturing years of your beauties in the photo? The Amber beige is the new one right? Thanks

@Khlovera - Thanks! My Amber Beige Jude arrived August of 2020. I do have an Elf Jude in Sonoran Beige (but I can't find any photos of him next to anyone in RS...I do have a pic of him next to a Raccoon in Milk Mocha..if you are familar with that resin?)...His Sonoran resin is lighter than the Amber...BUT....if it was a very blushed faceup...it might also work with RS.
The Zera...is an oldie...her RS resin is the older translucent RS. The Bella is from 2017 and is GRS now that I think about it.

 

@luluna got it! So both ladies are in glow skintone! I don’t really know about Raccoondoll resin color but your photo is already helpful! I’ll need to check more details with the normal RS versus SJ’s Amber beige before ordering Matias (wait, did I said that I have to wait for Victoria too?

 

Just ordered my S. Matias 71ATH body, amber beige, faceup A.
I’m in the afterglow. Feeling so happy.

 

@Mahgiep Grats! I thought he is only sold with the 73cm body.

 

Matias is very handsome. I can see him on a HID Body.

And Yes. Daniel was faced up by Komorebidolls. I just loved him since I first laid eyes on him when she showcased him and when she sold him, I had to buy the head even when I had no body for him. I loved him that much. He usually has brunette color hair unless he's channeling Rhage from BDB. A joke with that character that started between dolly friends because of his sea colored eyes. So he goes back and forth at times.

 

@Mahgiep Congrats! I think you're the first person here to take the plunge. I also thought he was only on the 73 Zeus body.

Thank you all for the comparison pictures! I was wondering if Iplehouse skintones matched, and this gives me a better idea of what the colors look like "in person."

Hopefully we get a few teasers of Victoria soon!

 

@Khlovera - I did a quickie shot of my smaller Elf Jude (arrived June 2021) who is in the Sonoran Beige next to my big Jude who is in Amber Beige (arrived August 2020)...

The lighting is indirect sunlight.

They showed Victoria's armor on instagram!! It looks amazing, I'm so excited!

 

@Bren - @ryuunohime - Oh thank you! I'm so happy the photo is helpful in any way! Both resins tones are very nice, I must say.

She is beautiful, but somehow I expected something quiet different. She reminds me of some warrior queen of old which obviously was the intention Very well done!

 

I had the intent to maybe want the armor, but I find myself liking all of Vittoria. Bad, bad me... plus the armor costs so much more bought separately that it would make more sense to just have a full doll.

I'm stuck. I hope they post a bit bigger/better blank sculpt shots soon.

 

She is so beautiful. I think her face is perfect for her warrior look. There are so many details in her armor I am stunned!

 

Wow. I'm loving the entire doll too. And how often do we get serious female armor instead of some fantasy trope? (Not that I don't love fantasy too...) I might have to buy it just because of that.
That price though...

 

She's here!! And now I find myself torn between buying Eleanor, who I've had my eye on for awhile, or buying Vittoria. I'm buying the armor either way (that price!) but I can't decide who should wear it! That's the only reason I haven't already pulled the trigger.
