Here are 4 pairs of resin eyes that I used on Naomi, just couldn't find my two pairs of gray right now, sorry about it. They are all 12-14mm (weird that even the 12mm look like in 14mm size Did I had illusion? XD 12mm = 2nd and 4th ones)

According to the ruler behind, they are all about 5mm for iris, the one on the right seems to be 4mm

Hey everyone, who got the 61 Juliet? I saw her on sale in May but I haven't seen any buyers post pictures of her .I love her sculpt sooooo much

 

thank you! That is super helpful! I should have plenty of eye options for her already then. I ordered her some Soul in a Box small iris 12mm (5mm iris) eyes too, soooo hopefully something amazing and perfect can be found for her!

 

My Yvonne on an EID body. She was painted by Lyn Raftis, her clothing by Robyn of Period Threads. I keep contemplating ordering on of the 61cm ladies. I told myself I was going to stop buying big dolls and instead concentrate on the smaller size counterparts (as they take up less space, especially those boxes), but there really is something special about the big dolls. She is sooooo beautiful! Large dolls are too beautiful （although they are too heavy lol）.

 

Same boat, except Sarah. I'm in love, but there aren't a lot of pictures of her out there yet.

Also... that Armor. I don't even want it for a doll. I would just paint it and build a display stand for it.

 

@JinCIncy Your Yvonne is beautiful! And I agree, there's just something about the bigger dolls. I was going to 'shrink' my collection and go to the MSD size but I just keep liking the big ones!

And I pulled the trigger. I ordered Eleanor! I ended up not getting the armor, though. As awesome as it is, I just couldn't justify the price for it. It was almost double what I had been expecting.

 

Sadly i still didn't get my two sd dolls. And I asked one order for msd to be cancelled even I paid 3 payments from 6. I will need to do that because i will be out I'd payment for two months. So I asked that sartoriaj would cancel that one order.
Just interested if I will get back my money what I paid or what will be happening?

 

I have noticed that Jay is very helpful and customer friendly - maybe he will stop the payment for these two months and you can continue afterwards. Just try and ask him.

My Sarah is in the mail, hope to see her after new years! I'll order Vittoria with her armor soon as I'll get the monies, I gave in to her and my story is going to have another character shelled *sigh*. I'm tempted to get some of Sartoria's resin eyes as a test too. I know they're made by Ornella who asks a bit less if you buy directly, but I really like the way these specific brown + gray ones on SJ site look and they seem to have a bit different style than the eyes Ornella sells for clients.

 

I'm thinking of maybe getting an SJ doll in the future. I'm particularly enamored of their face sculpts, but how do the bodies pose?

 

Poppin in here- does anybody got Serena on the new SD-body? I would love to see a picture of her without a wig on- that would really help me to make up my mind if i should press the order button

My Naomi on afrodite body was shipped and I still waiting Jarrad to be shipped beginning in January

 

I have the 63 curvy body, so the new 61 might be more posable, but I would say they’re decent. Better than Iplehouse. They have some really great hinges in the body. Here’s a great link on IG to a great body review with pictures someone did:

Not posing related, but I’ve yet to find a single piece of clothing that doesn’t look amazing on this body though.

 

@Chikku Oh, thank you for those links! It's good to know they have good posing capability. I've always heard that Iplehouse don't pose well and had just assumed these would be the same.

Omg! I had to go look at my dolls elbows! I have the old 63 Curvy body and she does require sueding (which I have not done yet because I am still getting up enough bravery to do so...) in the arms to hold the extreme poses. But she does not have that swivel hinge! Her elbow hinge is just one piece. I have a 61 Curvy body coming so I am really excited to see this new feature.

@ryuunohime I do not have experience with Iple bodies, nor any other large doll bodies, and I too was afraid these bodies would be too curvy. But I love them. Especially if you're looking for some diversity within your group. Eventually I think I'll have to find some diversity myself, but for now I really love SartoriaJ's products.

 

My Naomi somewhere in London so not far till she will come home. Hope so she will be better on posing as iplehouse dolls. And ofcourse I will take lots of pictures

 

@Bluenocs I have an assortment of larger dolls, but I have heard nothing but good things about SartoriaJ so I am very excited about finally getting to order from them.

@Anita2006 Grats on her almost being home! Yes, be sure to take lots of pictures.
