@Khlovera Thank you! Actually, even though I have fashion minis on my wishlist, I still would keep the bigger versions because... well, I love them too much.

I took a group pic of the girls in the crew, including hybrid Yvonne. It also gives an approximation of how a SartoriaJ girl's head compares to a slightly smaller Iplehouse Scarlet (fits on SID and EID) and Iplehouse Violet (JID). The pale girl in front is an artist doll with a petite head, 19.5cm circumference.

I swear this Korean boy was targeting me! Jay knows all my characters (except Matias) are Koreans! I hit the button for Jun on a 71cm body in Sonoran Beige and faceup AND the Dokkebijudan outfit (one of my favorite shops to dream about). I was doomed! Now to figure out my finances going forward.

Mahgiep: I thought of you as soon as I saw the announcement of Jun!!! Yay, I am so glad you ordered him and all his finery. I agree - he's got to have been for you, haha! Wonderful. That outfit is divine, and Jun is sooo handsome!

 

this is my Jarrad. I think I will keep his name. Poor boy needs clothes urgently.
It took 7 months to come to me.

@Mahgiep I was thinking about you when I saw the newsletter, as I remembered you posted a comment on one of Jay's post by saying that you were looking forward to seeing some asian featured. Congrats on getting Jun in fullset, DokkebiJudan is definitely talented on making these ancient style of Korean traditional outfit.

@AntarelNefertili That's good to know that Scarlett is slightly smaller than the other iple girls' head. I was wonder that Yvonne's head looks quite bigger hahaha

I'm currently having Jenice sitting in my shopping cart, as well as Jun, so I really need to think about who I will be placing my order for, well definitely not both as I'm gonna put my credit card into cardia arrest

It sounds like the waits might be extending to seven months or so?

 

Glad to see others think Jay made Jun to catch me in his web. I was starting to think I was being self-centered! But you have reassured me. Last week, I was about to order and make Jenice into a Korean girl, but Jay mentioned a definite Korean boy coming soon just in the knick of time! Maybe he knew I couldn’t afford both. As it is I’m going back and forth about using my retirement for dolls and feeling ecstatic that if I live long enough, I will have a Matias and Jun. And my two Zakarys. Almost too much beauty to bear.

@Anita2006 I’m sure you want Jarrad dressed but I love him nude with boots in your photo.

He will get cold in time. So first I will start with underwear for him.

 

Congratulations @Mahgiep. He's gorgeous! (I guess I spoke too soon about no faceup.) The outfit is beautiful, too and the Hwa (traditional boots) are spot on.

Back in the day when I got JinHa from Customhouse I was totally amazed with his traditional outfit and boots. @Mahgiep, I'm so happy for you and you'll love him so much. Congrats again.

Wrote to Jay about the summer limited skintone as I want SJ could bring back espresso brown skin and Jay said they want to hear more from all SJ owner/lover regarding the new limited summer skintone for 2022, so everyone is invited to vote according their preference whenever another shade of gray, expresso brown or another fantasy color you have in mind

 

@Khlovera Oh yes, the resin angels have heard me! I really wish for a pastel purple elf and even made an IG post casually asking this of SJ's team and showing how much I enjoy my fog gray Sarah. While I don't have too high hopes that pastel purple would accomplish bigger popularity than say espresso brown or gray, I am definitely casting my vote for it whenever possible and holding my fingers crossed!

Ooh, I would definitely be tempted by purple. But in my case, I'd want something with some real color to it, not like my pale violet SOOM dolls that lost their color after a couple of years even in a dark room.
