SartoriaJ Mini Part II

So cute!! I’ve recently fallen in love with sartoriaj as I got a Naomi and she’s so gorgeous!!

 

I just got a shipping notice for my Emma!!! Very exciting!!! And that was much faster than I expected too - a bit less than 4 months, when my Phillip was about 6 months I think? So that's great news!!! I'll post photos once she arrives!

Ooooh!!! The Summer Carnival dolls are being released in 1/4 size from tomorrow too!!! So tempting!!!!!! Doing my best to resist as I've spent too much on dolls lately but how amazing they're releasing them in both sizes! So cool!

 

I love Evelyn so much! Does it say anywhere what skin colour she is? As I'd like to order her exactly as she is in photos.

 

Yes, it says up the very top, just above her title: rosewater skin, MTN body, Bell bust. That’s so exciting you’re ordering her!!! She’s the one I wish I could order too!

 

I have never noticed it say that thanks for telling me I'll look out for it with future dolls too!

I've asked if they're planning to sell her wig in size 5-6.

 

Oh no. That's gonna be a hard one to pass again lol. Evelyn is so beautiful. At least Sartoriaj is creating amazingly beautiful girls(especially lately, like Sarah, Natalie and Evelyn) and I'm sure next year when I have plans to buy a girl doll they will have something great too. *coping*

Human Jude and Elf Jude are both still called Human Jude and Elf Jude even though they really, really ought to have names.

And hair.

 

My dolls also only have their company names . I just feel like I'd forget what I'd named them. Some of the company names are pretty awful tho so I probably should rename them .

Does anyone know anyone who makes wavy/curly natural fibre wigs in this size? Most of my girls have alpaca wigs but it's starting to look a bit samey.

I know alpaca can be curled but I definitely do not have a delicate enough touch to accomplish this .

 

Ha, so it's not just me that struggles with names! I did keep my Juliet's sculpt name as I do love that name (although ironically I ended up getting her a different head so she's not even really the Juliet sculpt anymore) - but I would rather rename Jenice. If I could think of something. Also I feel like I've used up all my favorite names already on other dolls?!

Loganberry, have you tried Hannasu - LM Wig - 5~6inch - it's synthetic mohair but has that look, they're the ones that used to be the Leekeworld wigs. There are lots of styles in 5-6 and I've found them to be good quality! The only ones that didn't work were the updo wigs - they're designed more for the smaller, rounder 5-6 heads like Latidoll I guess, as they didn't go all the way down to the nape of the neck and looked weird. Any longer wigs were fine though!

 

Thanks so much for that recommendation! I've seen 2 wigs that I really like. One is out of stock except in light brown. What are they like at restocking? It says out of stock in pre-order too.

 

I’m actually not sure, I haven’t ordered from them in a little while - you might have to check with them and see what they say? But glad you found something you like!!!
