1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Sculpts that can wear fashion doll clothes?

May 26, 2024

    1. Resin Enchanted Dolls can wear some Barbie clothes, like sleeveless/short-sleeved tops and stretchy or A-line skirts, but they’re a bit taller and less busty, so check the fit before you buy anything.

    2. I've had some luck with Ken's shirts on my MSD dolls, and some Barbie shirts on my YoSDs. I actually do have ONE Barbie hoodie that fits my MSDs (the pink Jurassic Park hoodie), but I had to remove the sleeves to make it fit (but for his style, it works and the sleeves get used as arm warmers). I WANT to get some OMG LOL and Rainbow High sunglasses to try on my MSDs as I've heard they'll fit, but I haven't gotten any yet.

My DZ MiYou can fit large Ken/action figure shoes and some male Monster High shirts (Gen 3 tank tops confirmed, not sure about Gen 2), but most Ken shoes run just too small for me to feel comfortable about really trying them on him. One of my other MSDs fits in most Ken shoes.

I use Kelly/Chelsea sized shoes for my 1/12 scale blindbox dolls, and some Kelly/Chelsea clothes (but most of my 1/12 scale dolls aren't meant to wear modern styles).

    3. Doll Family H's brief run of Xiao Chan and other 1/5 scale dolls can wear some curvy Barbie clothes, depending on the pieces and if they are loose enough of fit or cut. I have a hoodie made for Barbies on my Xiao Chan, and a couple of tops. However these dolls aren't common and they were discontinued.

My Littlefee Fairyland dolls wear Ken doll pants/trousers, which are a bit long on them, but i just scrunch them up a little around the ankles or trim them to fit. They can also wear many Ken short sleeve shirts.

    4. I also recall that Marmite Sue Angel Egg Head dolls due to heir very petite frame, could also wear some Fashion 1:6 scale clothes. Not tapered pants, but sweaters could fit.

    5. imda 2.2 and imda 2.6 can consistently wear Blythe dresses/tops. Be careful with sleeves though, as imda's arms are thicker than Blythe's.

    6. My littlefee has some Ken clothes that work okay

My 1/6 resinsoul centaur can wear some Barbie tops! A tee with a somewhat looser fit works really great on her. When there is something that's a little tight on her, it can still look good from the front even if the velcro doesn't have complete overlap. I'll need to try some disney ILY forever tops on her, though.

My Atelier Momoni 1/6 girl, the bottoms from ILY forever fit great! But the top is super loose on her.

    7. Curve Barbie clothes fit my 1/4 bjd but it’s not dresses anymore it’s a tops
