Sculpts you love (but will probably never get)

Uhm..There are only a few for me. But it's usually that I've just fallen in love with one feature of that doll. And I just feel like I should love the doll in it's entirety to be able to spend so much on it.

So.. Crobidoll Nia. I ADORE his lips..So in love with them, it's inane! But other than that..I don't care for him enough...

Leekeworld Gray, face-up 1. The sculpt is nice, but the thing that draws me in are the colors used for the face-up.

Doll Chateau Hugh. I think he's adorable, but I already want both Erica and Colin. I just feel like with their artistically odd faces, they will be slightly harder for me to incorporate with the back story of the rest of the dolls on my wishlist. So for now, I'll stick with just Erica and Colin.

Doll Leaves Aurora. I just love that face-up. But again, the face-up alone shouldn't be the only reason for getting her..Since I don't really care for her face sculpt.

And Doll Leaves Evan. I'm just in love with the wheat skin, limited edition. But..I cannot currently afford him. I like other characteristics about the doll, but..As much as I like his wheat skin, I don't think I'd want to buy him in normal. But..Maybe if I could get my hands on him second hand later on, I might. P :

 

Its mostly companies actually. I have good reasons tho!

Anything from Dollshe. I love them but I just can't see myself with one. I see too many, they are too expensive, and it's too long to wait. Just too much. I couldn't make him original enough and that would break my heart.

Soom Fantasy dolls. I also love them but too expensive for me. And then the 2nd hand price is also way too much. Better for me to just love from afar.

Souldoll Shiva 4 arms. OMG she's so AWESOME! But the 4 arms kill me. I have a hard enough time posing a doll with 2 arms! Plus, she's not offered in grey resin anymore. I'd want her in grey.

Volks anything. Their website is confusing. I can only ever see 4 dolls on it and they aren't anything I find particularly attractive. Maybe I just don't understand how to nav their site but I just don't need a PhD to find a Volks I like. I like owner photos but that's it. I think you people get your dolls in Narnia or something.

Crobidoll Nia. I promised myself no gay dolls. My family wouldn't understand. I get teased enough for the hobby as it is. And that face would totally match my OC who is a flamboyant gay man. I'd really have him decked out. I see him so clearly but I just can't because I know my less open family members would have a coronary.

Fairyland Chloe and Mirwen. The speckled/snowy doll thing that is happening right now has turned me off. I really want a Mirwen and a Chloe but I can't see myself buying something that's not the best. At their price it should be the best.

Souldoll Shaun and Arina. They aren't offering the Sandy brown anymore and I wanted that. I missed my chance.

 

Blue Blood Draven

 

The first I know I wouldn't be able to get would be a Fairyland MNF VE Chloe. She's practically my dream sculpt, but I doubt I'd ever be able to find her for a reasonable price.
The next two are Migidoll Miho and Ryu. I'm just in love with those sculpts, but if I find one on the MP, they are overly priced and only for the head. XD But maybe one day.

 

Aahh all my wishlist...for some reason I always end up buying any doll except the ones from my wishlist ~_~ and VOLKS....I like some Volks dolls but I will never get them.

 

Asleep Eidolon Chocolate. She's adorable but she's only 16 cm so in my book to small, which is lame because I love her.

 

Ive always had a thing for the Delf Chiwoo and I love nearly all of the Delfs in general.
But I have a delf boy right now and Im branching out into buying something different that Ive never had before. So more delfs in my near future, down the line though hopefully.

 

This one is a no-brainer for me. I shall never-ever have a Soom Hyperon. He's absolutely gorgeous, and from what I've seen, it would be really hard for me to get a hold of one. It's not that I couldn't get the money for one, it's just that I don't think anyone will ever put him up for sale (and I frankly don't blame them). Drat, if only he hadn't been so limited! ;_;

AE mermaid Lorelei is the only one that I just can't give up as a lost cause, even though I know it's never going to happen.

 

Volks Shiro Tachibana Tan: Volks is one of my pet peeves. I don't understand why their website has to be such a brain teaser. I get annoyed and I don't know how to buy their dolls, or their event dolls.. or the whole lottery thing... urgh. Frustrating. That's reason n.1. Reason n.2, 147000 yen is almost 2/3s of my wage. That's insane.

Volks Kanata: Same as reason 1 above. However, if I find him for sale I might buy him.

Soom Sard (human) He is always too expensive. I love him to bits and I wouldn't mind spending that money on him if I had an excuse. But I don't even have a character for him. :/

Souldoll Agnetha: She is one of the most beautiful girls I've seen. Unfortunately, her size is not for me. I like my girls to be normal SD, so between 55cm-58cm.

Supiadoll Rosy: Love her... but everyone does, and I don't know if I want a doll that is that popular.

Bluefairy: I love most of their dolls, MSD and tinies. But i seem to have an issue with MSD. It's not the right size for me or for my collection. If i was to get a Bluefairy I would have to buy the whole doll universe in MSD size.

 

I'd love an MSD sized Unoa or Dollpire, but I doubt I'll ever get one as they're rare and I'd probably end up having to pay through the teeth for one XD

 

Supia Rosy and Minisup Yisol--Lord that face. And I'd loooove them both in tan--which is next to impossible

Soom Dia Male--Lord that face

Migidoll Jina and Cho--I already have a Miho, and much as I love him, he doesn't fit in too well with the rest of my doll plans--all of the dolls I mentioned so far don't or wouldn't...they'd have to have their own seperate storyline.

Souldoll Shiva 4 arms w/ grey skin--since she is no longer available in grey...le sigh

DD Anne Lotus Near--I managed to find my Hoya literally the night I said I wanted one...I have not been and doubt I will be so lucky again with these darling and unusual sculpts.

5stardoll Aiden in red skin--limited skintone, not to mention he's OT here, sooooooo I wouldn't even know where to begin to look.

Napidoll Lucifer--I'm trying to shy away from SD's and I hear his mold is being discontinued

Unoa Chibi Roron/Lilin--2 words....Roar Plate XD

...I don't think any of these dolls would fit in among my others though...

 

Dollshe Van. They don't make it anymore. Gorgeous.

 

Volks Lucas. Brilliant sculpt and perfect face for a handsome boy, but never thought about it and probably never will buy him as my doll. I don't understand why exactly myself.
